Special thanks to the head of the department, Vova Yu.V., for her attentive attitude and prompt appointment of examinations. Thanks to her recommendations, I had consultations with a neurologist, rheumatologist, cardiologist, which allowed me to start the right treatment.
Special thanks to cardiologist E. Pisarenko .B. for competent recommendations and attentive attitude. I also thank the physiotherapists, namely T. Koleda, for the course of procedures that have significantly improved my well-being.
I would like to express special recognition for the help of my elderly mother: she was assigned to the polyclinic, despite the fact that she came from another city, and they arranged for O.I. Ptichkin's surgeon to visit her home.
