Unfortunately, you can't get the words out of the song: the issue of keys was resolved two weeks later: operator Anastasia is incompetent, irresponsible and boorish, and Ruslan does not solve anything, he is engaged in excuses, a complete formalist. The issue was resolved in one day through Zangara., after a negative review in 2Gis: "Terrible Digital Service organization! Operator Anastasia is incompetent and tactless! There is no customer orientation! The client cannot enter the entrance. She says she can't help in any way, doesn't know anything, and they can't make new keys, because the blanks will be ready in about a month, or maybe they won't...((( To the question of what we pay for, the answer is for the door service! I.e. no way! Prices are rising, and residents have to call all apartments like beggars, can someone open the door?((( After much bickering, she gave me the phone (as she said)Director Ruslan. You can say the same field as the operator. He said go ahead and make a new key from the broken key. How's that?! He was constantly interrupting. Then, again, after long conversations, he said that the master would call me back, maybe he would have a key.... Neither the operator nor the director introduced themselves at the beginning of the conversation. The operator even refused to give her name, then the director announced it. When I said that she hadn't even considered accepting the application, he muttered something unintelligible. Apologize? No, they haven't heard of it. They are right and only they are right. Megalomania in full!((( And by the way: they don't have a 24/7 emergency service or operator either. You won't be able to contact them on holidays and weekends either. Their system has broken down for the holidays, and the door will be open (closed) because they have been resting for weeks (like for this New Year)((( Most of their phones are disconnected. Even if they work, it's still a problem to get through to them!" PS I give 5 stars in the hope that the management will teach their staff to treat customers with respect and resolve issues as soon as possible. And the service center should still work 24/7.
