I am shocked by the shamelessness of this office. Consultant Anna talks through her lip and does a favor with her presence, communicating with clients, inundates with specific terminology without really explaining anything, and when it comes to layout with the designer, it turns out that we will not do this or that, because you did not order this part of the work. Well, if everything had been explained intelligently on the shore, then, of course, they would have ordered. The designer is a helpless girl, who explained in detail on her fingers what I want to see at the exit, as a result, 3 primitive options are sent, not much different from each other. I had to look for acceptable design options on the Web myself. And the most amazing thing is that the calendars themselves are messed up in days and holidays, such as the 31st day in February or, for example, the republican holiday on February 7. It's an outrage, I've never encountered such wild unprofessionalism before, and this is at completely inhumane prices. Guys, learn to work! And I want to warn all customers: people do not contact this office, you will waste money, nerves and time in vain. Addition to the review: my negative review was deleted from the site of these scoundrels, then an employee of this office called me and stated that the designer was offended by the negative review (they liked everything, what kind of claims), and also that they did not owe me anything on the grounds that I was sent layouts for verification, but, I'm sorry, it never occurred to me to check the number of days in months. About the designer: it was immediately clear from her sketches that nothing was shining there, and my competence does not include teaching the basics of her profession. As mentioned above, I dropped the pictures for work and she just processed them, so what comments will I make on my work)). I wish good luck to the Horns and Hooves office, and I sincerely hope that employees will learn to accept constructive criticism and draw conclusions.
