The Central Department Store is located in the very center of the city, which is undoubtedly a big plus. There are a lot of different departments inside and with clothes, bags, perfumes and cosmetics, there is a department for musicians. What's also very cool is that on the 0 floor there are departments with phones (accessories, repairs, they can advise if there are problems). The only thing is the expensive prices. Therefore, 4 stars.
