A huge store based on a former Soviet department store. They even managed to squeeze in escalators.
Perhaps there are not enough pointers. For example, it would be nice to inform visitors that the escalators for descent and ascent are at different ends of the building.
Overall, the impression is good. Sellers are ready to help. Lots of discounts.

Where I encountered ignorance from sellers who were furnished with shopping baskets from visitors and discussed them in front of a full hall, while they drove away from themselves the queue of those who stood in the fitting room, but drove them away under a working air conditioner and it doesn't matter who is a willing woman or a pregnant woman, they don't care because they need to reach the management with the help of visitors.
One of them with a short haircut asked very strongly to complain to the management that the fitting room was improperly designed and the air conditioner that the sellers were constantly sick.

A couple of days ago, I came to pass the time.: TSUM has changed for the better! Recreation area, arrangement of counters, assortment (as far as possible in modern conditions). Well done! Yes, there is still something to work on, but the changes that have already taken place are great! In the bags department, they helped me choose, they postponed it for a while without any problems, in the outerwear department I bought a coat cheaper than in the company store. Have the staff been retrained? Most likely, they worked on it. Specialists also worked on the organization of trading halls.

TSUM came to us more than GUM, everything in gum is somehow stupid and chaotic.
I liked the assortment, there are souvenirs, but mostly things made in Belarus, of good quality: suits, men's and women's, sports items, children's department, leather bags, etc. in general, there is something to choose.
Among the disadvantages: the service is slow, the mir pass cards do not work (by putting the phone to the terminal) there is no branded department of spirits (for souvenirs).
