The place is iconic for Bishkek. A kind of mixture of a bazaar and a shopping center. The first shopping center of the capital is in its very heart.
The most common goods here are mobile phones and other electronics (computers, laptops, televisions, household appliances). There are several cafes and fast food outlets, coffee shops, small shops with clothes, fakes of local craftsmen and the like. For a general impression of Bishkek, it is definitely worth visiting here.

There are no normal shops. It's like I came to the market, only in a normal location and interter. Overpaying for Chinese goods from the market is such a thing. Toilets could be made more decent in one of the most important shopping malls in the city. It is convenient only with mobile phones and accessories for them, because there are 2 floors of this stuff and there is a large selection. It will be faster to find high-quality items in a second-hand store than in any shopping centers in Bishkek.

TSUM remained exactly the same and did not lose anything in its performance. This is still a great place to walk, buy equipment, with the widest possible selection of goods, ranging from mobile phones and watches, ending with souvenirs and home appliances.
And if he goes down to the basement, then you can already bargain like in a bazaar and I don't see anything wrong with that, even a plus.
