It seems that there are 2-3 sellers working for the entire hall. It takes a lot of time to find someone to help or consult. Appalling quality of service. The few employees who remain are often in a state of stress and irritation. The standard answers to any question are: "I don't know", "This is not my area", "Ask there". There is no question of helping the client politely and competently. Aggression and complete lack of motivation. When I decided to politely point out the problem, I heard an inadequate response: "And you come to work for us!". I'm sorry, but I come here as a buyer who has paid for a product, and I have the right to expect human treatment, not rudeness. I don't need a job here, I need proper maintenance. It seems that the buyers themselves are to blame for everything. Apparently, we want too much: politeness, competence, and a desire to help us. It's a pity, because the assortment and prices in the store have always been good. But few people will tolerate such an attitude. It looks like my purchases are moving to Corona or another store where customers are valued. P.S. I think I'm not the only one who's faced this. Management should urgently pay attention to the personnel policy, otherwise the store will continue to lose customers.
