We rested from 14.09 to 21.09.I really liked the hotel. Beautiful, clean. The view is beautiful. We took two rooms. The renovation is fresh. Everything works. Balcony. You can smoke. The staff is friendly, Russian-speaking. The rooms are cleaned every day. Linen and towels were changed every other day. The food is excellent, fresh, delicious, varied. Coffee, tea, juices, desserts of 15 varieties, fruits.The restaurant is cozy, pleasant music. 2 pools
for adults, one for children.Showtime every night. Very light alcohol. A hotel for a quiet, relaxing holiday. There are no discos. At 23.00, the lights on the territory are turned off, everyone goes their separate ways. Of the minuses, this is the road to the beach, lined with garbage cans. The beach itself is small, but you can swim on the next one. Sun beds should be occupied at 6 a.m. It's quite a decent hotel for a budget four. Not far from the center. And yet: The name Gelidonija is on the central entrance, there are no words tu casa. And the driver's list said Ti casa. And he drove us around Kemer for an hour until he found this hotel. We were very pleased with the free tour.

There are pros and cons.
I'll start with the pros.
The view from the balcony was gorgeous, which was very pleasing! The territory is well maintained.
The food is good, the restaurant is clean. The sea is nearby. There are various drinks in the bars, you can have a snack from 11.00 to 16.00.
The rooms for living do not correspond to 4*, everything is old, including plumbing, accordingly there was a smell from the pipes. The bed linen is yellow, they didn't change it while I was resting, only when I asked, although I took the standard (improved) . There were no lamps next to the bed, which was very annoying at night. The room spoiled the impression.
The road to the beach wants the best, there was a terrible smell.

- Cleaning on our floor was after lunch, it's not convenient. Sometimes they could not clean for 3 days (although there was a sign asking them to clean it. In 10 days, soap and shampoo with gel were replenished only 1 time, after I asked at the reception for cleaning and replenishment.
- We love Kemer, but we don't set foot in this hotel anymore.

We had a rest in July 2024. We are unassuming tourists with children, in general, this format of rest suited us. We were given a room in a quiet building opposite the children's pool, there was no noise, the air conditioner coped, the room itself was really small, but we did not come to sit in 4 walls of the room. The food is excellent, fish, meat, fruits, vegetables, side dishes-everything is decent, special thanks to the pastry chef!!! CAKES AND PASTRIES ARE A DELIGHT!
The pools are clean, there were enough sun beds near the basik. Alcohol is weak, but we were not particularly interested in it. The snack bar is not bad! Chocolate ice cream is a delight! The staff is positive, they responded quickly to all requests. The animation is cool, the only lousy animator is Alina. In general, at first I thought that she was just resting because all we saw was that she was eating, bathing, singing karaoke and wiping herself with Turks.

The hotel in Kemer "Gildonia".Who has something to compare it with. I put a 3* hotel (for me it's a hotel with a swimming pool) . First. We arrived at the hotel at 9 p.m., dinner was just over, (we drove all day, arrived very hungry) we were told that there would be a late dinner at 22.00, eat there. We waited for 22 hours, they don't give anything anywhere (I'm with a child), I went to the reception, asked "why don't you feed? ". they took me to a restaurant and you know what they gave me? A piece of loaf and a piece of cheese, that's it. Kapets. When we left (at 3 a.m.), the morning lunch was a box of an orange and two tiny cookies. The food at the hotel is monotonous, spicy and fatty (pasta and French fries, eggs in the morning), chicken, sometimes fish, cutlets. Soups (yogurt soup, lentil soup, and sometimes vermicelli) are spicy. There are also very few fruits. The dishes are terribly dirty (I had to wipe them, the child was squeamish). Room on 4 , clean, there is a conditioner, the linen is clean, we were drowned twice in the bathroom (bad drain in the shower). From entertainment, they are not in the hotel, from the word at all. Everyone drinks in the evenings (there was a performance a couple of times in the evening). There is a billiard table, no balls. The pool is clean, which cannot be said about the beach. We have been to several beaches, ours is the dirtiest from the hotel, the smallest. There is nothing at all in the bar near the beach except soda. The staff is normal. Now about the good stuff. There is something to see in Kemer if you have money, it's good that we took it with us. Our guide(FUN&SUN ) Vadim doesn't say anything about anything, he doesn't know anything, sends to the reception, promised a tour to the water park (ask, search the Internet, don't trust the guides) a complete drop-off (our water park in Kazan is a hundred times better) . (5 stars, for example, are set so that each type of food has its own queue, as a result, it almost never happens there). The beach: this is the main problem of this hotel. The claimed 30 meters can be from the extreme to the extreme sunbed. But the water line is 10 meters. We rested with a family of 4 people in hotels from 10.10.2024 to 17.10.2024. I read the reviews and was very worried that everything would be bad. But Caesar settled us in, in my opinion, that's the guy's name (he speaks Russian very well, we remember him with a smile with the whole family) in good rooms. The children had a separate room from us, I do not know which building is in good repair, clean with fresh repairs.The only thing in the bathroom was that there were no shelves for cosmetics and towel racks. The rooms were cleaned every other day. The towel was changed 2 times in a week. Our room was in the 3rd building. The room is large with a large balcony. Cosmetic repairs were made (since we are not picky, everything was fine for us) The food was great, it was very tasty. I'll give the cooks 5. The only thing was that there were very few fruits in the season. Minus the dishes did not have time to wash, it happened that the forks were dirty.
The guys at the pool bar are also doing great, they are always friendly all day on their feet from 10:00 to 23:00.According to alcohol, gin, vodka, crayfish, cocktails, beer.

The food is monotonous. For dinner and lunch - French fries, local pilaf, salads of tomatoes and cucumbers in various cuts. Most of the food is in spices. There is no baby food.
I rested with my mother and child for 1.5 years. We were accommodated in a room in the 2nd building on the 2nd floor. To get to the floor, you need to overcome a staircase with high steps. There is an elevator in the building, but to get to it, you need to climb this very staircase. They asked to relocate, as it is difficult to climb with a child and a stroller, besides, the windows of the room looked directly onto the stage and the main pool, where there is animation in the afternoon and evening. We were refused to replace the room, despite the fact that we asked and there was an objective reason - the child did not sleep well under the loud sounds of animation. Absolutely non-client-oriented girls work at the reception.
Room cleaning for 3. The air conditioner does not work well, or rather it is a hood. There is no shelf for toiletries and a soap dish in the bathroom above the sink. They give out shower gel and shampoo. The safe is paid. Once upon check-in, the bar is refilled with 2 bottles of water and that's it. In the following days, they can be filled from the cooler in the restaurant.
The road to the beach passes through the trash from the neighboring hotels. The pebble beach is very narrow. The sun beds are occupied either from 5 a.m. or in the evening, no one is watching this. We arrived at 9 a.m., everything was already occupied. There's not enough room for everyone. There is a bar at the entrance to the beach, they pour juice, fanta, sprite, cola. There is a shower in the cubicle, they didn't see it right away.
The hotel positions itself as a 4*, but this is a 3-star hotel and that's a stretch. A vacation for unassuming tourists without children.

I have come to the Tu Casa Gelidonya hotel more than once, but this is the first time I have encountered regular guests of the hotel. My friends and I arrived on 10/15/2024 at 18:00 and what we were offered for a holiday of 3 people for 17! It is difficult to name even an eco room at night, rather a closet for staff inventory. On the Anextour website. by declared eco room 21sq.m, on the website Tophotels.ru 18 sq.m, in real life there were 9-10 meters (visible in the photo), i.e. the number does not correspond to the declared one. Moreover, we were given a room with 2 double beds and one single bed for 3 adult women. To my question: "Why should I sleep with a stranger together?", we were told that there were no other rooms. Our travel agent indicated that separate beds were needed, but the hotel ignored this. We refused this room and, terribly tired with our suitcases, dragged ourselves to the reception. And our "walking through torments" began. I stayed at the reception until the night, without getting another room, we had to return to this "cubicle". At night, I woke up to the suffocating stench from the bathroom, I opened the balcony, but it didn't help, as a result, I didn't fall asleep anymore. In the morning, instead of the sea, we went back to the reception about changing the room. We did not come in the hot season and understood that someone was coming and someone was being evicted and it was possible to resolve the issue positively. And again the same answer that there are no other rooms, BUT! "For an additional fee, we can move you to a standard room" - the reception replied. We were not ready to pay extra for the difference between a standard and an eco room for 3 people for 17 nights and refused. We had the largest room, about 42 sq.m. for four, the rest of the rooms in two, or even four times less. The hotel meets the stated 4 stars: everything is a little used, but everything works, in some places there are chipped furniture and doors, the toilet with a crack does not count, the cornices do not fit, but it does not matter, the technicians and maids are trying, doing their job.
There are two pools, I have never been there, not my vacation option. It is open from 9:00 to 18:00. Later, it turns into a dining and relaxing area at tables. During the day, sunbathe by the pools or relax under umbrellas, swim, play water polo. There is also a bar for various drinks.
There are also two pools for the smallest, 35 cm deep. There is a snack bar nearby, where you can eat vegetables with fish, snacks, fruits, cakes, ice cream, drinks during the day.
The restaurant is quite cramped for so many guests, queues at the grill area, hot dishes, for wine, even to the drinks machine, so we preferred to go closer to closing, in this case we will have to look for appliances ourselves, there are not enough free tables, and even visitors sit on foam chairs with wet clothes, and there is a great risk to sit down on someone's wet chair, even if it is dried on top and looks dry, then after sitting for 30 minutes, he will get up with wet shorts.
There is a lot of food left, maybe some things are over, but you definitely won't stay hungry. There are always a lot of greens and vegetables. I do not eat sausages, rolls and dairy products, so I ate only eggs and vegetables for breakfast, there were often pancakes with honey and jam in the assortment, in the morning meal I did not have enough long carbohydrates, meat, fish, nuts, dried fruits, fruits, fruit drinks, natural juices. At lunch and especially at dinner there was a lot of protein, side dishes, snacks, salads for every taste, fruits and desserts. The variety of dishes is amazing, the main dishes were repeated a couple of times in two weeks. Everything is very tasty!
There is some problem with drinking water without eating: they give 1 glass a day in the room, and then not every day, the vending machines are turned off in the morning and evening. As a result, we bought a bottle of water at the store and filled it with water during meals.
There was not enough animation during the day, sports, entertainment, beach, and evening show programs with a stretch of three. Let me explain: either there were contests where vacationers themselves, or there were invited groups, apparently very cheap, even some vacationers would have danced better.
There is no water park. There is table tennis, but some vacationers take rackets and a ball to their room. There is a billiard table, but the cues are all broken. There is no sports ground or gym.
The hotel is on solid 4!
The most unpleasant thing about our vacation is the beach. It seems to be there, but it is not there. 20 sun loungers are as close as possible, it is impossible even to walk between them, there is no distance to a trash can or a table, there are no tables at all. To pass the sea, you will have to go around the entire row. There are only 5 rows, and they stand very close to the water's edge, so you won't be able to lie on the shore either. In total, 5 * 20 = 100 deck chairs, they are sorely lacking for all guests. Everything is very tight. As you have already understood, the beach is less than 20 meters long. The bathing area is even smaller in width: on the one hand, it is limited by a terrible rusty pier, on the other hand, there are water sports attractions on our territory (jet skis, bananas, buns, two large motorboats, flyboard - it takes up especially a lot of space, since it rides right there in a circle and emits a lot of exhaust gases, vacationers breathe them), all this is on our 15 meters strip of beach. There will be a discount on all these attractions for those who have a Tu casa Gelidonia bracelet (at least that's what the merchants of this service say). If you move further from the shore, the bathing area there is still narrowing, because the restrictions of the attractions are expanding, and the pier bends into our bathing area (by the way, it already belongs to another hotel). At night, mattresses from deck chairs are put in a closet on the beach, until 9:00 you yourself will have to take it and carry, for example, 4 mattresses on deck chairs, as I did, and after that there will be no free places, also until that time they do not clean up the garbage on the beach left over from the night (bottles bags, etc.) and they did not take the bags out of the trash, but they were overflowing, then we came to the beach around 17:00, they were overflowing again.
The disgusting road to the beach runs through the farm.the courtyard of the first line hotels. The terrible smell of garbage containers, they are loaded there, everything flows onto the asphalt and this stench melts under the scorching sun, and we jump over with our sandals, where to get into a cleaner mess, they take out alcohol crates, hotel workers smoke, the kitchen and grill bar work on both sides, all the soot in this passage, plus a utility noise, and endlessly approaching cars, mopeds, buses, trucks.
The staff of the nearest hotels also swim with companies on the territory of our hotel, no we don't mind, but there is very little place for a beach holiday.
On the first day on the beach near the water, I stepped on a spot of fuel oil, began to wipe it off - I also got my hands dirty. On the fourth day, our beach began to stink of vomit and garbage, there was shit in the only changing room, it was not cleaned and the next day, the other, the third, we stopped using the locker room and shower.
The smell of rotting garbage pulls to the beach, it is felt even on the water, there is simply nothing to breathe, it is impossible to be on our beach. I swam far away and stayed there for several hours, the children swam on the territory of a neighboring hotel, their guards forbid them to occupy sun beds, but they do not drive them from the shore and out of the water.
The hotel provides a free bus to the Panorama public beach, a 5-minute drive, they bring you there in the heat, and the last bus back is a little early, at 18:30. My family did not want to go to the city beach again.
The sea is beautiful in the morning: quiet, clean, calm, warm, in the evening there was a very dirty sea a couple of times, as if the current carried a huge pile of floating debris into this bay closer to the shore, far from the shore everything was fine.
The hotel is located within the village, near the Camera center, we went there every day, there are all the main shops in Turkey, there is no need to go to Antalya, you can buy everything here, or just take a walk in the afternoon or evening.

It's not far to the beach. The sea is great, but it is very difficult to find a place on the beach. By the way, the seats of other hotels are often empty. It is better to have your own towel (beach towel), the hotel charges. The hotel is located in Kemer, you walk like in a big market, shopping tents are everywhere, they even take rubles.

The very expensive spa at the hotel seems to be the most expensive in the city. Separately, we bought vouchers for excursions, at a company not far from the hotel, we also liked everything. The buses are good and the excursions are interesting. And they even made a discount on the spa.
