Once the order was not delivered, they did not even call back. I tried to make sense after 1.5 hours, called 2-3 times, they fed me breakfast, in the end they said that the driver had merged, go, pick up, I had to go for the order myself.
A couple of months later, I ordered sushi and cocktails. They did not warn that the sushi was MINI, it was also not indicated on the site (that's okay).
We brought a cocktail that does not match the description on the website - ABSOLUTELY . After talking to the operator, the girl who cooked herself, eventually came to the conclusion that THEY ALL DON't CARE😅 she didn't even apologize, but told me that it was the same (in the photo)! I asked her to change the description of the cocktail on the website, after which she hung up.
Anyway, my friends are not particularly enthusiastic about this office.

There is no free shipping for discounted sets, despite the fact that the amount is much higher than the minimum for free shipping. The operator said that the delivery time will be 1-1.5 hours (Wednesday evening). As a result, it was delivered in two hours. One position from the set was replaced without any explanation. The appearance of the rolls was untidy, some were falling apart. The fish tasted like it was not fresh, there was a smell. In general, there are quite a few fillings, regardless of the filling, all equally tasteless. Sorry for the time and money spent. I hope the place will get better, but for now I definitely won't order from here.

We ordered a small set for a trial, supposedly on the first day of opening, although they have already had a lot of good reviews from orders on Instagram for like a week. We ordered through the application, the delivery time is 40-60 minutes, the operator called back after 10 minutes only, clarified the order, did not say anything about the time. After an hour, I decided to call myself to clarify, as a result, I never got an answer, although I called a lot. They called from her husband's number and began to find out what and how, the operator with incomprehensible sighs offered to put us on the phone so that she would "solve" this issue. We cancelled the order and 40 minutes later the courier called and asked to pick up the order. We agreed, and very wrongly. The composition of the rolls did not match, instead of cucumbers there was a green onion. In general, it is terrible and not pleasant. There were no sticks in the kit, maybe we hadn't already clicked something in the application, but why the operator didn't specify. It is unclear what these people are working there for!!!
