I rarely write reviews, but I would like to leave them for such an attentive attitude. We booked a tour to Thailand from Moscow, our flight was rescheduled, as a result of which the transfer was disrupted. The girls from Novatur quickly helped us find a new one, as a result, we got there well and caught the flight. We had a great rest, on the recommendation of the managers we chose Pattaya Park, we did not regret a bit, a very cool hotel, clean, nearby attractions. They also explained to us in advance all the visa rules, as well as what can and cannot be taken. Many thanks to you, throughout the trip you were there and told us where to contact. I want to thank the managers of NOVATUR, who have just returned from wonderful Cuba. I would like to note that the hotel was chosen really the best for our budget. There were no complaints.
