The best travel agency!!!
We flew to Egypt for the first time (May 2025) and it was an unforgettable vacation!!! The manager (Tatiana) chose the perfect vacation for us, took into account all our wishes, gave personal recommendations (which were very useful to us!!!), answered all our questions from A to Z, at any time of the day!!!! Even in Egypt, our escort was perfect!!! We were very impressed by the rest and the professionalism of the travel agency!!!

I rarely write reviews, but I would like to leave them for such an attentive attitude. We booked a tour to Thailand from Moscow, our flight was rescheduled, as a result of which the transfer was disrupted. The girls from Novatur quickly helped us find a new one, as a result, we got there well and caught the flight. We had a great rest, on the recommendation of the managers we chose Pattaya Park, we did not regret a bit, a very cool hotel, clean, nearby attractions.
