I am very surprised by the low rating of the company on this site. I bought a ticket to Egypt from 15.08. to 29.08 from Turgeniy. The price was slightly lower than the rest of the agencies at that time. To be honest, I was worried about the reviews on different sites... As a result, the quality of the services provided is 10 out of 10!!! In Egypt, upon arrival at the airport, all were met by representatives of the tour operator. Eugenia, a lovely young girl, met us and immediately put us on the right bus (and there were several of them). Upon arrival at the hotel, we were "handed over" to the reception staff. The next morning there was a meeting with the guide - the same Eugenia, who told us everything and answered our questions. Later, throughout the rest, the representative of the tour operator at the hotel answered all our questions, supported us in every possible way, it was very pleasant to communicate with her. Information about the flight was posted on the information stand in a timely manner. The departure from the hotel took place on time, according to the schedule. Thank you very much to the staff of Turgeniy and the operator for our vacation!

We have arranged a tour to Greece for June for 13 days for two. One ticket was paid back in February, the second a little later. The departure was supposed to be on June 2. The company promised visa support, as no one had a visa. As a result, already in early May, I began to sound the alarm, because nothing was written about visas. After all, the season is getting closer, and there are more and more people who want to. I think it's okay, I'll write it myself. They answered very reluctantly and with long delays, saying that the visa specialist was engaged in recording. At this stage, I began to write more persistently. Finally they answered, they said they would dial. I think hooray, it's time to collect certificates for a visa. But that was not the case. A visa specialist calls me on May 6 and informs me that a group has not gathered for our date and the trip will not take place. Attention question: why are you silent until the last? In short, they offered to go with an additional payment of almost twice and with almost the same route. I say no, refusal. They told me to write an application for a refund. They wrote it. The company said that the refund will be within two weeks. I got my money back within two or three days, well, OK. The guy who was supposed to go with me was returned at the end of May, and then after annoying calls. When I called, we talked in such a tone, as if everyone owed them, at the beginning no one even introduced themselves, it was unclear where you were calling.
And what do we get at the exit?! A failed vacation and a lot of wasted nerves. I give you one star, although in fact you didn't deserve any.

They threw it, the vacation was gone, plans were disrupted, nerves were not restored, besides, they also did not return the money. You'll have to keep wasting your nerves to get your money back. I didn't even imagine that there could be "scammers" in our country. A week before the trip to France (they had not yet applied for a visa), all phones were turned off. Do you know what they answered me on Viber when I asked a question about my trip: WE ARE ON VACATION! Imagine, they turned off their phones and went on vacation, and my child and I were supposed to have a trip with visa support in 6 days. The contract was drawn up 4 months ago. They don't give a damn about my vacation. And there is silence all around.
I support all previous reviews. And I saw positive reviews on Instagram only in 2022 and it feels like they are writing them to themselves.
Well, think about it many times before you go with this company
