The rooms are nearby.

Cleaning every day.
And most importantly, they settled earlier.
The staff and the reception are polite.
We'll go to Belarus again, I liked it. We will stop only at the Tourist.

A very nice hotel. Not 3, but 3++++ . The best choice for your money! The room turned out to be very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The bed is quite hard and very wide. Breakfast for 25 rubles seemed a bit expensive to me, but the range of food amazed me. There was even fried chicken. Everything is delicious and looks appetizing. On the website, when booking, there was an offer of a 30% discount, subject to prepayment and check-in in at least three days. Keep in mind that if you do not check in, the prepayment will not be refunded. I really liked the hotel! I definitely recommend it! Have a nice holiday in this beautiful city!

A good hotel. We are staying here for the second time, traveling from Moscow all over the country.
The room is warm, clean, cozy, and has a gorgeous view from the window. A good TV with lots of channels. There is everything you need:toiletries, slippers, kettle (cooler on the floor), cups, etc. The only strange thing is that there is no tea or coffee, sugar (after all, the rooms are not cheap)
There were not enough benches on the street at the entrance. Get some air (and my legs don't walk anymore after a whole day of walking around the city) or smoke.
But these are small things. Thank you, everything is fine.

The three-star hotel, as they say, knew where they were going😁 The staff is very friendly, friendly and helpful😍 the food in the restaurant is delicious👍 and now about the room... The view from the window is beautiful, we were lucky, the windows overlooked both the city and the park, as tourists we really liked it! The room itself is nice, double standard, everything is there (air conditioning, TV, kettle, refrigerator and hairdryer)! And at the same time, the mattress is obviously old, well, sooooo old, I felt all the springs, the pillows were also uncomfortable, at least for my husband and me! there were two blankets, unexpectedly and pleasantly, and the last minus for me is the shower stall.😰 all silicone seals on the doors, seams in the corners, were in black mold.😰😰😰 if not for the shower stall, I would have put 5, despite the bed, BUT! the shower stall was terrible....
And so I liked the hotel. I will also recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives if they go to Belarus.

Excellent location near the metro.The center is 20 minutes away.Nice rooms, clean linen, daily cleaning and change of towels.Highly trained staff.They take all measures to make the rest of the visitors comfortable.Good breakfast (buffet).One bad thing is on the upper floors (starting from 7 and above)constant interruption of the Internet connection .We moved to the 3rd floor, everything was fine.I'm happy with my vacation .

Great hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Cleaning is daily, thorough. Delicious buffet breakfasts, a wide variety of dishes.
There are shortcomings in the need to repair door handles, plumbing, hair dryers in a number of rooms. But this is not critical.
For your money, the best place to stay.
It is good that there are coolers with hot water on the floors. They helped me out when I wanted to drink tea.

It's a nice hotel. Different room categories. An acceptable breakfast buffet. It is great that the rooms have a refrigerator and a kettle. There are few available rooms and low budget prices, however, as in the whole of Minsk. Life hack: If you come to Minsk for work and you can show an official assignment, a business trip certificate or something like that, breakfast will be included in the price of your stay for free. Photos of the two rooms in which he lived: the first 5 photos of the superior room are two-room with a sofa and 1.5 double bed, and the last 4 photos are one-room with 2 double beds.

A real Soviet hotel (with the exception of air conditioning only).
Very convenient location, not in the center, but right next to the metro, on the one hand there is a beautiful view of the city. The rooms are not large, but in general everything is there. Clear. Some rooms have only one outlet, and it is located in the hallway, which is a very big disadvantage. The breakfasts are not delicious, the choice is small, when the food runs out, no one replenishes it, even if there is still an hour before the end of breakfast.

Quite a decent hotel for an unspoiled tourist. The rooms are simple but cozy. A huge plus for the comfortable wide beds! There is everything you need, a good set of toiletries and towels. The staff is friendly. Nice view from the window to the square near the department store with lights. Its own large Parking lot, which is important. I recommend.

The place is very cool in terms of communications: near the metro and a shopping center with a food court and a grocery hyper. The room is clean, and there are slippers included. One of the great advantages of this hotel is its location! The subway is almost at the exit of the hotel. Across the street is a shopping mall with a Hippo supermarket, which is open until 2 a.m. There is a place to eat. On the other side of the hotel is a large department store. On the third side is the park! There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel.
We stayed overnight from January 1-2, 2025, a day cost 138 bps.

We stayed with a family passing through for a couple of days at the Tourist Hotel, in November! What immediately pleased me was the warm welcome at the reception, very pleasant and polite staff! We were immediately checked into the room, it was clean, tidy, all the amenities of the toilet in the bathroom were present (slippers were also pleased :))) Everything is simple, but convenient without pretensions, and also the metro is right next to you, 7 minutes and you are in the center, we were satisfied! The main thing is the price-quality ratio, we were satisfied with everything, but in general, we love Minsk very much, we will definitely return!

It seems to be the best place in terms of price/quality ratio when viewed next to the subway. The rooms are exactly as shown in the photo (I have a single standard). We chose this hotel because it is very close to the metro and the department store.
The staff is friendly, there is an ironing room on the 15th floor. Two ironing boards and two irons. We lived in room 606. We were surprised by the lack of air conditioning. The TV wasn't working either. Like the cherry on the cake: a broken window. It immediately opened up and to the side... If you have such a situation with a window, then just lift it up and with grief it can be closed in half.
There was a cooler on the floor and warm water was flowing from two taps. Apparently, it was faulty. We were not upset and went to the seventh floor to get cold water.
They cleaned well, every day, changed the towel, even when we didn't put them on the floor.

- A very strange cleaning schedule. My room was cleaned no earlier than 15:00, when I was already returning to the hotel. Very inconvenient!
- There are "woodlice" or whatever they are called in the bathroom. In 4 days of living, I met and killed two people.
- Very good audibility through the wall. Being in my room, I heard a man snoring in the next room, despite the fact that nothing can be heard from the corridor next to his room.

- Breakfast (buffet). Breakfast is paid, on New Year's holidays 2024. the cost is 22 bel. rub. There is a choice, but not much. There are only 2 tables with a distribution. One is hot, the second is vegetables, one type of cheese, two types of sausage and some fruits (grapes, tangerines and oranges). Jam, a couple of dessert options (like dry ones on the principle of cookies - I did not take them). There are 3 types of juice, tea and coffee from drinks. It seems that there is a choice, but it cannot be compared with a buffet in Turkey, Egypt or European countries...The cost is not cheap either...

I have mixed feelings about evaluating this hotel, from three to five, but still a decent option for the price and location. Inexpensive and not rich. It is clean, there are toiletries, the bed is clean and the bed is comfortable. To wash up and spend the night is a great option. The room has everything you need. There are 5 metro stations to the center, and about 20-25 minutes by tram. The metro is three minutes away, as are all public transport stops. There is a restaurant. Breakfasts began to infuriate from the third day, as it is always the same. But!!! It's delicious, you can find something to put in your mouth. It seems to me that 25 Belarusian rubles is too expensive for such a buffet. But there is nowhere to have a dense and delicious breakfast very close by. That's why I had breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast was free for a three-year-old grandson. He took a fancy to sausages and ate too much. It all started with the fact that on October 07, 2024, I booked a room at this hotel through a popular service. And nothing seemed to portend trouble, but something was somehow in the rainy and cold air. The room was cheap, but it was OK for one night. And the hotel itself is very decent in appearance, so some kind of dissonance arose.
I arrived without armor, I think, well, it started as I knew it. But I was lucky to have a room, I paid, checked in and realized why it was cheaper. The room is cold as outside, there is no heating.
I know Belarusians, they are good at this issue, there is no heating, but in a single room, there is an additional wool blanket and a plaid in the closet. It's fine, but my head is a little frozen.
They offer breakfast from 07-09 in the morning, apparently especially for tourists, at 7 a.m. they had a snack and "buried a grape seed in the warm earth" and with songs, the restaurant is right in the complex, large, even huge, dark, came to the door, it's quiet, dark, did not go. There is a food court and a coffee shop opposite the shopping center. I got out of the situation.
The hotel, in terms of emptiness and huge empty spaces, resembles the plot from the novel by the Strugatsky brothers.
But nothing bad happened and I moved out of it safely.
Yes, about the room. Well, the usual single. The prickly palace, the body, the table. The bathroom is normal, the mattress is standard. Actually, it's not bad.

I've been staying at this hotel for two weeks. As they say, what's on the box is in the box 😃 Refrigerator, hair dryer, two TVs, two single beds (I especially liked the hard mattresses), air conditioning in the bedroom. A set of dishes, upholstered armchairs with a sofa and a huge wardrobe in the living room. We cleaned up well, but we didn't mess up much either. They only came to spend the night. Sets of gel, shampoo, soap, towels were changed every day. Therefore, 5/5. The only thing that needs to be worked out is breakfast. But these, as I understand it, are wishes for the restaurant. On staff: the cleaning and repair service is very friendly, admins can learn communication skills from them. A separate delight is the location near the Belarus department store, the Prism hypermarket, the metro station and tram and bus stops.

I stayed at this hotel for a day. It is very convenient that the metro is right next to the hotel, you can get to the city center in 10-15 minutes. The situation in the room is Soviet, but this is not critical, the most important thing is that plumbing, water, Wi-fi works fine without failures. The staff is very friendly, after check-out, you can leave your belongings in the hotel's luggage room for free until the evening. An excellent hotel, especially if you take into account the rather small price for accommodation. I really liked the single two-room room. There is a TV with a large number of channels, a comfortable 1.5 double bed, a table, a sofa, a coffee table, a set of wine glasses, glasses and mugs. The bathroom is modern, everything is in good order, no problems. A quiet neighbor, a Valera hair dryer, settled in the bathroom. The reception was served quickly. In the morning, the restaurant offers a good breakfast, the choice is good, everything is fresh and delicious.
Very good location, almost in the city center, near the shopping center "Belarus", pizzeria, khinkalnaya. The metro is a 10-second walk away (really very close, the entrance to the metro is right next to the main entrance to the hotel).
