The location of the hotel is excellent, there is a direct exit to the Partizanskaya metro station. The room certainly left much to be desired, the 12th floor, the carpet on the floor was all burned with cigarettes, and the smell in the room was all smoky. There was no audibility in the room, the neighbors could be heard. I give you 3 stars

A very good hotel! The location is good, the metro is nearby, the center is nearby, Parking for cars is free. The room has a hint of the Soviet Union, but it is quite decent. The food in the restaurant is delicious! But the biggest plus is the staff! Responsive, pleasant people! Any issue is resolved without delay and with a kind heart! I highly recommend it! I am 100% satisfied!

I stayed at the hotel for the first time, but I really liked it) The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, the metro is just a stone's throw away. Oh, yes - excellent sound insulation, you can't hear anything from the neighboring rooms. For summer, I would recommend rooms with air conditioning. The rest of the time, any kind. There are no dummies in the standards, this is also for information. I am extremely satisfied with the hotel, I will stay here again and again.

The hotel is excellent initially stayed on a business trip. When I was planning a vacation with my family, I looked at a lot of things and chose a Tourist. Very clean, nice rooms, snow-white linen, refrigerator, air conditioning, shower gel and slippers. The suites are more expensive, there are bathrobes. One minus is breakfast. Meager, not worth the money.

I lived in this hotel for the first time. Polite staff, issued quickly. The room is spacious, warm, cozy. There is a refrigerator, a TV. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom. Lived on the 14th floor. The view from the window in the evening is gorgeous. Very close to the metro, which is very convenient.

We chose a hotel based on reviews on the website and it was very nice that the expectation and reality coincided.Very friendly staff, the room was clean, towels were boiling white, a hairdryer was provided, a telephone.The buffet is of course modest, because the amount for breakfast in my opinion is overstated.I recommend this hotel to visit, because the price per room is wonderful,transport is available,near the metro station,shopping center.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time in 2016 and were very satisfied. In October 2023, we also chose this hotel. But they were disappointed. Of course, the location has not changed, it is perfect, right at the exit of the Avtozavodskaya metro line (3 stops and you are in the very center), near a large department store Belarus, coffee shops and cafes appeared within walking distance, which did not exist 7 years ago. But the hotel itself is very "tired". The carpet is worn to the ground, the windows are blowing, the plumbing is old, the shower cabin is falling apart in parts. In general, everything is old and needs repair. Good breakfasts, friendly staff, beautiful view from the window on Partizansky Prospekt.

Guys, a hotel, a restaurant, a beauty salon, etc., it's all about smiles, it should be at the level of reflexes. I would also solve the issue of tipping via QR codes, in the age of cashless payments this is the standard, and a small incentive for the staff, of course. A good hotel, I was in May - they gave me a room on the 10th floor, everything was quiet, calm. There was a cooler on the floor, but only with cold water. The view of the city is beautiful. The room is clean, there are enough towels, disposable soap, shampoo. I had a hair dryer in my room, which was very helpful and very pleasant. There is a Belarus department store next to the hotel. The location of the hotel is very close to the metro, you can get to the center in a couple of stations. Communication is a good impression.

The hotel is very conveniently located: a two-minute walk from the metro station. "Partisan". 15-20 minutes to the center. by metro. There are trolleys 3, 16 to the train station from the hotel. When buying a ticket for a low-cost airline, it is unreasonable to expect some kind of super service. For your money, it's a reasonable option. Unlike Orbita (a hotel of about the same price category in Minsk) The tourist offers a buffet breakfast.

I was very surprised by how clean the hotel is, despite the outwardly Soviet appearance. The rooms turned out to be newly renovated with good amenities, everything is clean and well maintained, the bathroom has cosmetics and all accessories except bathrobes and slippers. The bed is good, clean and snow-white, which is not unimportant for me. We were satisfied with the hotel, although we stayed for one night and did not expect anything from the economy hotel. The girl at the reception is very pleasant, she suggested where you can have a delicious snack.

We were from Russia on a weekend tour. They moved into a room with her husband in separate places, referring to different surnames. They didn't swear, they just didn't even have the strength after a day of sightseeing. But the sediment remained. Sleep with the letter G in the room))) That's how the beds stood. The buffet is not delicious, much is cold. The expectation and reality were very frustrating.

A good 3-star hotel, the price/ quality ratio relative to Minsk corresponds. A little fresher repair and better Wi-Fi would be ideal.
In general, everything is clean, tidy, large Windows and comfortable beds. Everything you need is there, but if you call the room a "Suite" and put cups and a kettle there, then why not put a couple of tea bags, it's not expensive, but it has a great effect on comfort. Tea bags couldn't even be bought, it's strange.

Upon check-in, they had to make a 10% discount for the lack of hot water in the room. But the administrator and the girl booking manager categorically refused the discount, although I showed a letter in which they prescribed a 10% discount. I received three such letters before my arrival. I had to contact the Island, thanks to the girl managers for solving this issue. The money was returned at the check-out. Regarding breakfast: I do not recommend it, everything does not look fresh. As a specialist who has worked for 25 years in the hotel and restaurant business system from an assistant cook to the manager of a hotel and restaurant complex, I do not recommend it.
