I left my number at the office with an application for a burning tour to Egypt. About 5 days later, manager Andrey called back and offered several options. We packed our bags and a day later we were basking in the sun in Charm. Having checked almost all Kramatorsk agencies for prices, I can say with confidence that in the Magical World the lowest prices in Kramatorsk. At least that was the case in our case. The service is 5+, as they even brought us the documents for the tour to the railway station, and also booked j-tickets.

Overall, there was a positive opinion about the agency. Of the advantages - of course, the prices and Andrey's professional approach, it is clear that they appreciate and hold on to each client. One of the disadvantages is that an additional manager is needed to serve tourists, since I was at the office twice and both times I had to wait on the couch until other tourists were served.
