Twice I applied to the office on Zybitskaya and each time I was lucky enough to get to a specialist Olga. The first time was in 2022, the situation concerned a rescheduled flight. Olga was able not only to advise, but also to support. A man with iron endurance and the most friendly attitude to any client. In front of me, Olga's nerves were being ruffled by everyone, I was surprised how tolerant a person was to different kinds of comrades. For the second time (October 2023) Olga helped to do the almost impossible - to change the domestic flight purchased for miles.
