Hello. I express my dissatisfaction with your airline. I flew to Vienna on 11/20/2023. The plane was constantly late by 15 or 20 minutes. Bolshoy Eli Airport has been booked for the Istanbul-Vienna flight. At the airport, a girl screamed at me when she was going through customs at the airport. Nightmare. The food on the plane is terribly not tasty. I had a stomach ache for 2 days. Then on the way back to Almaty it was cold on the plane, they didn't provide blankets. They said no.
