The girl who helped with the selection of the tour is very pleasant and helpful. But there is one caveat... the tour operator offered a tour, but a lot of information was given incorrectly. The stated star rating of the hotel from the travel agency was 4*, and upon arrival we will find out that it is in the top three. Then the moment with the transfer. It was important for us to know in advance how long it would take to get to the hotel from the airport. So the tour operator told us that it would take 1.5-2 hours. When we boarded the bus, we were immediately warned that the journey would take 4 hours. What we were not ready for, and especially the nervous system of our parents, because all this time we were out of touch. Further, according to our tour operator, we were supposed to come to the city of Marmaris, but it turned out that our hotel is located more than 80 km from the city. We were really looking forward to meeting the guide at the hotel, as we wanted to go on excursions. But alas… The guide did not come to us the next day, as promised by the tour operator, but arrived three days later. Considering that our rest was only 7 nights. We contacted the guide in Viber, tried to book a tour, to which we learned the answer "Your hotel is too far away and the tour bus will not come for you." We were outraged by this, as it was not possible to book a tour elsewhere. We were asked to book a separate transfer to the city (the place of departure for the tour), the cost is 120 €, or to get there on our own. Of course, we wanted to get somewhere, so we got to the city by minibus, the road takes 1 hour. But the guide ordered us a seat in the minibus and told the driver where to drop us off. At least they helped here 😂
Overall, we had a good rest, but the beginning of the rest upset us.

What is very pleasant, we have issued all the documents, declarations, explained in detail what, where, when and to whom to give at the airport.

We bought a tour. They told me about Marmaris, but they sent me to Datcha. Oh, not to Datcha, but just a hotel in Datcha Bay. 80 km from all hotels of the tour operator in Marmaris (1 hour). When ordering, they immediately said that we were going for the first time and wanted to visit excursions. We were so " pleasantly " surprised that the bus would not pick us up. We took minibuses to Marmaris by ourselves. It turns out that this hotel is not even in the database for arranging excursions. I was also very upset that the guide came on the 3rd day of our vacation (we rested for 7 nights).
The final. I won't recommend it to my friends
