I turned to the services of "Your Capital" for the second time, because the first sale of an apartment and the purchase of new housing was successful. Firstly, it is necessary to note the sensible advice of the head of the department, Natalia Vladimirovna Syulyukina, who accurately and simply explained the "pitfalls" of the upcoming transaction and gave a list of questions for the preparation of missing documents. The contract was executed as soon as they were collected. Secondly, I, a materialist and production engineer, believe that this time we were lucky with Natalia Viktorovna, an agent of Okolot. I think it's an ANGEL FROM HEAVEN! The encumbrances that were under our deal scared off almost 40 people. I was already beginning to doubt the success of the case, but Natalia did not fold her angel wings. As a result, the buyer was found and preparations were underway to sign the purchase and sale agreement. And, of course, I, one of the former managers at a large enterprise, had to work a lot with people, resolving difficult situations. As a poet, I appreciate the cool work of realtor Mosielev. There is a lot of pressure on customers. It feels like the agent can't hear you at all. They imposed a paid search for housing, although we had options. The office's policy is to impose its terms on customers on the transaction, which is why in 2020 the agent "Your Capital" was deprived of his license for two years. The contract was terminated due to the strong pressure of the agent. I strongly advise against contacting them!

The agency takes money from both the tenant and the landlord. I found the apartment on the site myself, while I, as a tenant, also had to pay the agency after signing the lease agreement for their "services" in the amount of half (!) monthly rent of an apartment. Does it turn out that the agent provides me with more services if the apartment is more expensive?)) It's very interesting. Not only does this contradict logic, but from a legal point of view it does not correspond to the resolution of the Council of Ministers "On tariffs for real estate services". The agency cannot take money from both sides at the same time. There was no time to deal with such a fraudulent scheme, since they were looking for an apartment urgently. The agent is polite, but as such there was no service for which a far from small amount was paid. The only drawback is that payment is made only after the fact. I consider reviews like "I want to express my gratitude" to be twisted, I have seen dozens of reviews with the same structure from a couple more agencies in Minsk. If you do not feel sorry for your money spent for nothing, contact Your Capital, I recommend it!

The attitude to clients is anyhow, they explained that they need an apartment, preferably unfurnished or partially furnished, not the first and not the last floors. No, they still offer a ground floor and a fully furnished apartment. They promise to call back and do not call back, but for that they do not forget to inform you that you need to pay for their services, they forget about everything else. If you worked like this in Ukraine or in Moscow, you would be without clients. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I had to deal with the agency "Your Capital" when buying an apartment. Everything was going well until I turned down the agency's services. Both the agent and the lawyer answered any of my questions with a memorized phrase – we do not provide information if the Buyer does not use the agency's service. After the final transfer of money, we needed a transfer certificate – we do not provide an act if you do not use the agency's service. But this act is necessary not only for me, as a Buyer, but also for the Seller, who, by the way, generously paid for the agency's services. As a result, we, together with the Seller, drew up the act ourselves. Well, the final episode was the quest to request a technical passport for an apartment from the agency. The seller asked the agent to return the passport that was transferred to the agency at the time of signing the contract for the provision of real estate services, to which he received a reply that the passport was transferred to me, i.e. to the Buyer. Naturally, no one gave it to me. Then the answer came that the agency does not provide a new technical passport if the Buyer does not use the service. The seller indicated that we do not need a new one, return ours. And again, the answer is – why do you need it? All this went on for a very long time, Agent Alexey Lyakh constantly referred to lawyer Elena Alekseevna, who generally tried not to get in touch). As a result, only after I said that I would start writing official appeals and letters about the agency's retention of the original documents, Alexey said that he would leave his passport to the janitor and you can pick it up there. I am amazed by the work of this agency, and believe me, there is something to compare it with. And I am very sorry that, at Alexey's request, I indicated the phrase on the document entitled annex to the agreement of intent – I have no complaints against the agency. I didn't think that after that I would have to face such bad faith on the part of the agency and its employees!

For an apartment purchase transaction, they charge 60 basic, and if they also used their apartment selection services, through Internet resources that are now available to everyone + 45 base, a total of 105 basic. Conclusion: An agency with high costs for self-promotion, for which clients pay. Most of the positive feedback is positive - these are the employees of the company. The right to choose it stays with everyone.
