I want to share my negative feedback about the agency's work in Borisov. We bought an apartment in Pechy from a seller who sold it through this agency. Firstly, they absolutely do not check the transaction for purity. After the expiration of the specified period of de-registration, the seller and his family member remained safely registered in the apartment sold to us. For the simple reason that the passport of a family member of the seller is not valid. The agency simply did not check them. Therefore, the issue of de-registration will have to be decided by us. And these are nerves, health and impressions of the deal. If the agency had not hidden this information from us, we would have rejected this deal at the initial stage. Therefore, personally, if there is a need to sell, I would not use their services, that's for sure. They do not suggest the possibility of collateral in order to ensure the conditions for de-registration, we ourselves had to prescribe at least clear dates for the release of the living space. Summing up, I will say: the impressions of the purchase, the mood are spoiled, now you also need to wait and hope that the seller will still withdraw from registration, or you will have to go to court.
