The location is just great: a quiet street in the old town, many attractions are within walking distance. I stayed in a junior suite - a spacious room. I liked the rich and delicious breakfast. Special thanks to the friendly administrators for their advice.

I want to cultivate admiration and gratitude for the management of this hotel.
I was planning to visit Baku for the New Year holidays and booked the best room with a terrace for 7 nights of "Two Seasons". I paid the total amount in full .
But circumstances happened and all flights to Baku from our city were canceled.
The money for the tickets was refunded immediately , but the hotel... the reservation is non-refundable .
But the hotel management decided to refund my entire payment. As an exception... as I was informed )
Do you understand? The entire amount was refunded to me , and it was transferred in a Golden Crown to my phone number .
I am touched and grateful.
If this attitude is towards the guests who did not visit the hotel , then I assume it is for the real ones - it (attitude ) is definitely not worse . There are no small things in the hospitality industry and a reputation has been earned for years.
There's nothing wrong with the reputation of this hotel.

We had a family vacation in June 2023 for 10 nights in this beautiful hotel!
Clean, comfortable, convenient, great location in the old town, many
attractions, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. A rich and delicious national breakfast. The staff is ready to help in any matter. During our stay we had a family anniversary, the staff and management of the hotel complimented us (a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine), it was very nice! I definitely recommend it and we will be happy to come back!

Room 42 has perfect silence and the most comfortable mattress! It is so rigid that it does not deform under weight at all! I slept like in paradise! The excellent location of the hotel allows you to be in the old town and quickly find yourself on the promenade. I recommend it!

The room was saved only by a huge balcony, the room itself is very small on the 4th floor, the mattress and pillows are normal, the cleaning is disgusting, dust and hair of former guests everywhere, which is very unpleasant.. the stairs are not cleaned at all..
