A very overrated place, expensive and not very tasty, fried tsomyan was ordered, vegetables were not fried normally, there is no salt or pepper at all, the dish is bland. And it's not just with Tsomyan. The service is good, the guys are obviously trying. The dishes are expensive.

We tried budur - just an amazing dish, besbarmak with horse meat - fly away, they bring it with broth, olivier with horse meat, pilaf with lamb, homemade tinctures - everything is on top, be sure to visit when you are in Almaty! The waiters are kind and pleasant!

We arrived today to order a takeaway dinner. The impressions are sad:
1. All the waiters are stone-faced, as if we came to eat at their expense
2. The order was waited for 40 minutes (without exaggeration). The tables that came after us were already eating meat with might and main, no one even comes up to us. When asked, where is our food? The waiter replied "takeaway for you"?! As if that means + half an hour to the waiting time
3. The waiter did not write anything down when ordering. As a result, I forgot our chicken kebab. If you don't have the ability to remember the order, let them write it down! When they informed the waiter about this when paying the bill, they did not even hear an apology, apparently this is the norm for them already
4. Lamb shish kebab entrecote was brought black ((both portions were burned. Maybe that's why they carried our food for so long.. .
In general, we will not come again.

The food is quite tasty, but the service is terrible. No one met at the entrance, there was no one in place, no hostess, no cloakroom attendant. The waiters work very slowly, the menu was carried for 10 minutes and brought only after a reminder. We mixed up everything, everything we could - they just forgot to bring hot food to my husband, but they didn't forget to include it in the bill. We ordered samsa with us - 3 times different waiters came up to us and then said that it was there, then that it was not, they clarified the filling. In the end, after we arrived home, we found out that they had put the wrong dish with us that we had ordered, despite all the clarifications.

The kitchen is the level of a good cafe, but with higher prices.
From the first bowl they hooked me on a fur coat, I was lucky, it was very fresh and tender. The best fur coat I've tried in Almaty.
You need to run after the waiters. They take the order, bring it, then disappear. You need to look for ways to make an additional order or pay off. At the same time, 10% tips are included in the bill by default (this is how it is accepted in Kazakhstan, everywhere 10% minimum, somewhere more). If you liked the service or didn't like it, pay anyway.
