An excellent hotel with a good, fresh renovation.Convenient location and convenient access roads.Two large, convenient parking lots (parking lots)with round-the-clock security and video surveillance cameras.Friendly,kind, qualified and most importantly not annoying staff.The rooms are clean and comfortable.On each floor there is a smoking room and a room with a large table where you can spend time with a large company.
But as in any barrel of honey there is a fly in the ointment, namely…
There is no electric kettle in the room (which is extremely inconvenient, not comfortable and not thought out)There is no refrigerator in the room, for me it was generally trash and horror, putting food in a shared refrigerator at the end of a long corridor, some kind of hospital option.There is no microwave in the room, it is located in the same place as the refrigerator.I repeat, this concept is strange, incomprehensible and extremely inconvenient!!!!!!
Bed linen and towels are changed regularly in the rooms, the beds are large, comfortable and modern.
In principle, a great hotel if you close your eyes to the above listed nuances.

Cheap, quiet. One of the main drawbacks was that the windows of the room looked out, apparently, onto the kitchen courtyard. Apparently, that's why we were woken up early in the morning by the not at all pleasant aromas of cooking. I advise you to take rooms with windows facing the street, although I'm not sure what is better there. We had windows to the courtyard - in the morning I wanted to leave this place as soon as possible. Otherwise, it's cheap and angry.

The first night was not bad, spacious rooms, freshly renovated.
On the second night, we returned to the hotel around 11.30 pm, and all the doors were closed (although the opening hours are indicated at the entrance 24/7), none of the specified phone numbers were answered and never answered! For an hour, the children and I tried to get into the hotel, but we could not, as a result, we had to throw stones at the windows of the hotel guests until one of the guests opened the door for us, No explanation from the hotel administration followed!

Short and to the point.
Pros: it's close to the city (7 minutes by car), there is a small Parking lot, clean rooms, lots of towels.
Cons: the administration is in Paphos ("you don't have a reception, we didn't understand where to go" - "we have a private hotel, we are special"), we settled in a room more expensive than what we booked without apologizing or warning in advance, in a dubak room, in the bathroom even worse, hot water in the shower it takes about 7-10 minutes for her to go, there is no refrigerator in the room, everything is in the lobby (the room is positioned as a Junior Suite, I didn't understand this at all).
Bottom line: there is not much desire to return.

A great place to spend the night - the main thing is to clarify so as not to get to a wedding or any celebration. The rooms are spacious, the furniture is not killed, the most important thing is comfortable mattresses and silence at night. The price is not expensive, you can not take breakfast, for 10 rubles 2 eggs sausage with bread, tomato, coffee with a boutique so-so.

We stayed in August 2022 for one night. The hotel is not bad, in a quiet place there is Parking on site. Inexpensive. A room with a large double bed, a very spacious bathroom in which there was even a separate window cost 80 BEL. rub. There was a great lack of air conditioning, because it was hot outside. Wi-Fi seemed to be there, but only for one device and it wasn't very fast. There is a refrigerator, a microwave and a cooler with water in the hall.

Breakfast: fried eggs with sausages + cheese sandwiches. The coffee will be instant. The kitchen takes out on a mega-nice chef!!! Once, apparently, there was a good hotel. But now it "asks" for investments.

A collective farmer's house, slightly redone! It was 03.01.24. For a day, two people gave 170 rubles (bel) breakfast in the price. Breakfast - 2 fried eggs, boiled sausage, tea from a bag or coffee from a jar, instant. It's cold, broken bedside tables and a shower. Very thin walls! Don't get any sleep. It smells like manure! And this is in winter....?! I'm not exaggerating. Refrigerator and cooler, shared, on the floor.The staff is normal, good, simple people. Is there a possibility? Stay somewhere else!

If the hotel were located in a regional center or a large city, there would be questions, but for the city of Molodechno, it is a good option. Simple , without architectural frills , but generally a cozy hotel . The staff is polite and hospitable. The meeting party booked, so I don't know the price. The room is double. The breakfast in the room is decent and hearty. The only thing that was missing was disposable slippers, since if you can carry a paste and a brush with you, then there is no point in dragging slippers for a couple of days of a business trip.
