I don't have enough words to describe what kind of place this is! We agreed to celebrate the wedding, everything was fine, but when we arrived at this place we were shocked! Without warning, the administration made the wedding and banquet without telling us anything, the day before the wedding we came 4 times and no one told us! As they said, we have two halls and we rented only one hall. Although the hall is separated by a solid wall and a door, and this did not happen!!It turns out that the toastmaster was at two banquets, no one told us about this either, there was nowhere to dance, drinks were not put in the refrigerator, the cake was not put. And at the same time, they also accused us!!!! The wedding was ruined!!! Terrible service, empty plates were not taken away, alcohol was not put on, empty bottles were not cleaned!!! It's just terrible!!! We ordered shish kebab and meat, terrible cooking, everything was tough, the meat was half with bacon!I want to warn you dear people, if you order this coffee, always take the contract, because without it you will not prove anything later! But I would advise not to order!!!!

The attitude of the administrators is disgusting (We went with my husband on 9.10.2023 looking for a cafe and then got here, they said that the date was free on December 22, 2023, we chose a table, looked at the menu, recorded us.We asked about the advance payment, she said to come and leave it a week before her birthday.And then I call 2.5 weeks in advance to clarify about the advance payment and the menu, and then I hear that you are not booked.That the receptionist at the moment , when we arrived, was not competent, and recorded everyone.(Punish her)And now it is very difficult to find a cafe for this date of corporate events.I do not recommend this cafe.

We had a wedding, I don't have enough words to describe what's going on there! It is not clear who the administration is, there are no badges! They didn't put the drinks in the fridge, but we agreed on this! The waiters worked disgustingly, empty dishes and plates were not cleaned! They didn't tell us that they have two halls! Our wedding was in one hall, and the anniversary was in the other hall! No one warned us, we wouldn't even have ordered this place! It's like having another banquet at someone's wedding behind just a screen! There was no dance floor, the young people could not even dance their first dance as they wanted, because there was no place at all! They offered to run to the next coffee shop to dance! It's just some kind of horror! They offered to make a discount of 100 rubles, we refused, and only through the police they gave us a bigger discount! It's just a complete divorce!! We wanted to work well for people! Those who had an anniversary knew that there would just be some kind of banquet, they were not told that there would be a wedding! They would even refuse because it's a wedding!!!

There are disadvantages - two parts of the hall are divided among themselves only by a fabric curtain. therefore, if there are two banquets with different presenters, it will be uncomfortable. The day before yesterday, on 11/30/2019, we celebrated mom's anniversary. 70 years happens once in a lifetime... For a long time I tried to persuade my mother to celebrate the anniversary in a cafe. Mom's anniversary was hopelessly ruined ((((((((( In the cafe, the music was playing so loud that the eardrums burst. There was no way to say at least one congratulatory toast to my mother. The presenter, for whom we were charged an advance payment of 10 rubles for each person at the table, was terribly rude to our requests to make the music a little quieter, and instead of somehow settling the situation, set the guests of another table against us, where the "main hero of the day", according to him, celebrated the anniversary. And my mother, the eldest hero of the day in this cafe, at the age of 70, therefore, had no right to hear at least a toast from her family for her own money... The presenter, in principle, did not pay attention to other tables, only occasionally, as a sports commentator, mentioned that the next toasting at the table would be determined. What's the point??? If you can't hear the toasts... My and my guests' attempts to rectify the situation were unsuccessful. The administration also failed to find an approach to the presenter and make the music quieter. I demanded a refund of some of the money, except for what I ate, and was going to call a taxi to take the guests to another place. But my guests, realizing that it would not be easy to find a table for 9 people in the middle of the evening in another cafe, moving, searching and waiting for cooking would take a lot of time, persuaded me to stay. I was ashamed in front of our guests. I tried, I wanted the best, but it turned out... It is very unpleasant and insulting for the spoiled holiday of a mother who deserves the best... They couldn't even congratulate me properly... When my mother's brother called from Ukraine, I had to go to the toilet to talk, the music was also deafening in the corridor at the entrance to the cafe, the same music was booming outside and it was cold... The kitchen in the cafe is delicious. The employees (except the presenter) are polite and friendly. Moderator - it's hard to imagine a more disgusting job performance (((( A cafe with good cuisine and staff had everything crossed out by one presenter. Unfortunately, you will not gather guests for Mom's anniversary for the second time... I wanted to make my mom a holiday, but it turned out... We are all very upset((((

Delicious pastries, it is convenient to run in if you just need bread or milk. Everything spoils the stable feeling of a diner for drunks. Nothing has changed for more than 30 years. When you don't come in, there's always some drunk hanging around. In addition, there used to be a girl who worked there, who, judging by the look, was drinking with them. She seems like a normal woman now, but I still don't want to go in there once again.
