We celebrated the New Year 2024 in December 2023. In the hall where our table was, there was an additional exit to the street. Through this exit (in addition to the main one), the guests went to smoke. All the women were in revealing outfits. When we asked the receptionist to close the door and ask the guests to smoke through the main entrance, we were refused. We spent the evening in a constant draft. This is how the attitude towards the client is determined. The sound of the music was disgusting. The food is good. We will definitely not come here a second time.

Если говорить про кухню, то негативных эмоций нет от слова совсем. Очень вкусно и недорого. Винный бар немного бедноват, но это, пожалуй, уже крайность))) Единственный минус это такси, очень трудно уехать. Вероятно владельцам будет удобно поставить на прикорм трёх водителей, чтобы дежурная смена всегда была на подхвате. А так, спасибо! Хорошо отдохнули)))

I want to leave a review about the cafe “At Puntus” in Primorye. I called this cafe starting from Saturday (02.03), I talked with the administrators several times about booking a table for 03/07/2024. I asked for a place in the fireplace room, but they told me that you can book a table only by bringing a deposit and making up a menu, or call an hour before arrival and if there are places, they will put us at a table. Having already waited for Monday, I called again to clarify the conditions and the time before which you can arrive and bring a deposit, to which I was told that it turns out that you need to sign up at the beginning and only after that you need to come and place an order and make an advance payment. To the question where are the rules placed and how can I see this information if administrators only talk about them when making the third call? A lot of negativity was thrown at me, they talked in raised tones, and in the end they also hung up the phone and did not even try to apologize for the incorrectly provided information. In addition, I was brazenly deceived, saying that all the tables in the fireplace room were booked for a month, but at the same time there were empty seats on Saturday (02.03.) when I called. There were very negative impressions of communication, incompetence of employees and lies.

Отличное место для отдыха. Отмечали юбилей, второй этаж для большого застолья очень удобен. Вкусное меню, живая музыка, персонал незаметно обеспечивал и пополнял стол. Однозначно могу рекомендовать

Отличное заведения, не первый раз там были!! Прекрасное обслуживание, все очень приветливые!! Вкусная еда!!! Живая музыка, просто на Урааа!!! Жгучие танцы!!! Одно из наших любимых заведений!! Качество блюд хорошее, выбор неплохой. Но шашлык так себе, хотя раньше было гораздо лучше.
Цены средние, заехать поесть вполне можно. Хотя ехать не близко, если из города, поэтому чисто на разок.
А вот сервис очень слабый. Официантки очень медленные, нерасторопные, никто не подходит, не спрашивает, может что принести еще. В общем, место на один раз.

Заведение уютное, можно комфортно отдохнуть, особенно на втором этаже. Мясо делают вкусное, вроде всё свежее. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Из минуса могу отметить разве что достаточно скромное меню, по-моему можно было бы и разнообразить.

Были сегодня в этом месте случайно проездом, заехали покушать.
Сказать хорошо, ничего не сказать!
Вкусно так, что хочется ответить матом!) Хотя люди мы очень культурные)
За последних пару недель кушали в разных заведениях, около шести не считая мелких закусочных.
Все они просто отдыхают по качеству(вкусу) еды рядом с этим местом.
За десерт из мороженого со всякими примочками отдельное спасибо!
Попали прямо в точку!!!
В ближайшее время едем туда опять!

Замечательное заведение, очень люблю их кухню, шашлык, соления это отдельная история,ммм! Единственное, что расстроило это живая музыка, молодой человек с репертуаром в 15 песен, заказать песню на День рождения брата так и не смогла, потому как этот молодой человек ничего кроме своих 15 песен не поёт другого, типа хотите выбирайте из моего списка ТОЛЬКО!! И ещё огромный минус в том, что он споёт 4-5 песен и без слов на перерыв уходит, народ только к 3 песни подтягивался на танцпол, а тут облом такой, музыка заканчивалась! Остался неприятный осадок(( Ранее девушка пела, душевно, круто и всё что не закажешь, верните её, она лучшая!!!

Отмечала свой юбилей, админ приятная женщина всё подсказала и помогла составить меню. Персонал внимательный, музыка приятная и живая и фоновая, шашлык вкусный и много, даже что-то забрали домой(выход большой на чел). Всё уютно и по домашнему)
