It is located in the center, as the name implies. Quite decent draft beer and snacks, so it's always crowded. A good selection of dishes, delicious food. I recommend trying the ribs. The staff is nimble and helpful. There are more interesting places to take on the veranda, you can sit on the swing benches and street musicians often play nearby. There are sports broadcasts inside (without sound). On the lower floor, do not sit down, the whole mat of the kitchen staff will be heard.

Mmmmmm, an insanely beautiful and delicious place❤ Fantastic borscht with salsa and croutons. Refreshing beer and delicious desserts. In fact, in a few days in Minsk, we visited this restaurant a couple of times. But even during these two times we tried the dishes as much as our tummies allowed us. Fish in cream sauce, borscht, salads, baked potatoes with meat, pancakes, wine, beer.... ah, it was all insanely delicious😋🤤🤤🤤 I highly recommend "At the Town Hall" for breakfast, lunch and a wonderful dinner on the outdoor terrace, overlooking the Town Hall in the rays of the setting sun.
