I didn't like it very much. We've been waiting a long time for people to pay attention to us. Half of the ordered dishes were inedible, because they were cooked in "old" oil. The inedible was removed from the order without any problems, and not only from us, but also from the next table. We came on the advice of friends who were here last year, but we will not advise anyone else.

Three stars only for the authority of the past years. The best cafe was in Cholpon Ata. The fish is fresh, not frozen, the ear is fragrant, in the morning rice porridge with milk is like at home, the portions are large for men, the prices are budget. The staff is helpful. The choice of a place for a snack was unambiguous when traveling along the northern road of Issyk-Kul.
It's all in the past now. There is nothing left of the home kitchen and cozy atmosphere. A conveyor belt for making money.

"At the Fisherman's" is located at Sovetskaya 20. There are several buildings and there is an opportunity to be in a more secluded room. We look in when we come to rest in Cholpon-Ata. Meat and fish were not ordered, but the choice of salads and snacks suits us. I liked the mushrooms. Live music is played in the evening.

Fish soup will do: potatoes and fish, without other ingredients, not even dill was poured into one serving, fried trout - from frozen raw materials, as if it was salted before freezing, dry and salty, not tasty; fresh salad - tomatoes someone stole; branded tea expensive for 377 soms - no taste at all They don 't make cheesecakes in the evening, pancakes are ok. We went to drink delicious tea with cheesecakes in Ursus, I didn't want to continue listening to live music, even though it was paid for and drinking water for 377 soms. Every year I go to the old cafes, I don't set foot here anymore.

Maybe it's not the season!
At the entrance to the real maze, then in one of the halls there are handwashers, all tired soap dispensers are there (the plumbing did not wash for how long, and it already started to strain!!!
I went with the desire to eat fried meat on the grill, everything was on the list in the brought menu, but only when I started ordering what I wanted that could not be done at the moment. I ordered what I had. I asked for bottled water and there was none.
What I ordered tastes good, but it doesn't pull to the level of the restaurant (maybe my expectations were overstated).
The waiter is a good girl, the service is 5+, and this added two points to the rating.
The wish to the owners is to develop, you have a lot to strive for and leaving our feedback, we hope to improve upon a repeat visit!)))

We were at the fisherman's cafe on July 28, went in for dinner and had breakfast the next day. We ordered fish on a brazier with vegetables, fish soup, cutlets, bosolagman and more.
The food is delicious 👍💯
But the wait for an order, especially salads, is sooo long. Pancakes for breakfast were served for 30 minutes.
There is a full boarding in the evenings, so the wait for the order will also be long.
The atmosphere is cozy. The staff is polite.

We waited for the order for about an hour. It's terrible! The worst cafe is Cholpon-Ata. There were no fish dishes at the Fisherman's cafe! The waiter ran to the kitchen three times to clarify something, eventually brought strange pieces of deep-fried fish, sour. With mashed potatoes, sour too. We refused to eat it. And they left. I don't advise anyone to go there. There are a lot of people, waiters too, seem to be running, fussing, but still have to wait a long time. And most importantly, it's not tasty. Apparently, in the old days, this cafe was somehow promoted, but now the quality of food and service is terrible. It's a pity for the wasted time and spoiled mood.
