We ordered a sofa from them, supposedly done earlier in time.
But we only found out about this from the transport company, which said that it would be delivered tomorrow, no one warned us in advance about the readiness, and there is only one answer to the remark why this is the case - no one warns in advance. Great! That is, be ready to accept it at any time from the day of the order, and it doesn't matter what plans you had, because they don't agree on the delivery date with you.
And as a result, they brought it - my husband lifted it to the 9th floor on his own, and the result was that the sofa was not the right one, but of course the transport company was to blame! And now he will be standing at home for an unknown time, and we will breathe the dust from the dirty burial and wait for ours to arrive, which I doubt at all. The consultants are all rude and generally have no attitude towards the client! Never contact this office.

This is some kind of horror. Do not contact this company if you want to save your nerves. They do not meet the deadlines of the order. They don't speak correctly. We ordered the chairs on 11/12/2024, but they are still not ready. The term of the contract is 30 working days. When you call to remind me about the order, they serve breakfast all the time. When you call back to clarify, they say they didn't say that. In short, they're making some kind of fool out of you. They don't pick up the phone or call back. We are very disappointed.

We ordered a sofa from them, we did it earlier than we agreed, well done, but the deadline and payment were agreed on the same dates. As a result, they said they would deliver it, we agreed on the date, accordingly, on that day I got rid of my old sofa, but they did not bring it to us. As a result, neither the old nor the new sofa.
They pushed everything onto the transport company and did not solve the problem in any way, they also accused that they had not taken it away earlier, although the dates were discussed in advance.
A very unpleasant aftertaste after this store, I will DEFINITELY not contact you anymore, and I will not advise others.

I do not recommend this store because of the incorrect staff. We came up twice, because I liked a certain model of the sofa and chairs, none of the sellers even came up to me (they were sitting and talking to each other). Before I could leave the store, I heard ridicule in my address, allegedly I did not have enough money. Although I had a goal to buy the furniture I liked, but because of the "service" I left.
