The impression of Oksana's realtor's work is extremely disgusting. It's even hard to figure out where to start.
My mother and I decided to buy an apartment in Minsk. Therefore, we contacted the firm of Ulasna Dakh so that there would be fewer problems with document control during the transaction. But in the end, on the contrary, Ulasny Dakh provided us with additional problems himself.
We found an apartment that we liked and signed a preliminary agreement with the sellers. To do this, I had to hand over tickets a huge number of times, lose my money, because the firm of Ulasna Dakh could not agree properly, the conclusion of the contract was constantly postponed.
As a result, the preliminary agreement was finally concluded. We should have had two owners, me and my mom. But Oksana, the realtor, offered so far in the preliminary agreement to make only me the owner, since my mother was not in Minsk at that time, she could not come, she was on speakerphone on the phone at the conclusion of the preliminary agreement.
We agreed that the sellers will collect all the necessary documents, and we will be able to set a date for the transaction.
As a result, Agent Elena wrote to us that the deal was scheduled for April 15th. When my mother had already bought a ticket to travel to Minsk by train (for a minute, more than 2 thousand km), the deal was postponed to April 16. Allegedly, "the sellers have not yet prepared the documents." The question arose - what the hell did Elena write then that the deal would already be on the 15th if the documents were not ready?! Oksana also said that the sellers "hesitated" in their decision to sell the apartment. And who to believe here is also not clear, there was even a smell of fraud on the part of Ulasny Dakh. But the good thing is that it was only an absolute lack of competence.
But to postpone the deal for one day (although, there is no way to prepare documents in one day, Elena needs to learn how to lie, this is a kindergarten), it's okay. One day, so one day. But then the deal was postponed to the end of the week, once again. On the 19th. And mom took a week off specially at work, counting on the 15th to do everything in a week. It turned out fine, Ulasny Dakh.
As a result, it turned out that the sellers "wanted the owner to be alone, as in the preliminary agreement." The most disgusting thing is that the realtor Oksana preferred to "forget" that I discussed with her at the conclusion of the preliminary agreement that there would be TWO owners. She heard me well. But at the deal itself, my mother and I felt like we were being interrogated by the Gestapo, where everyone, as one, insisted that "this did not happen."
Mom said over the speakerphone that there would be two owners. Later, Oksana and I also clarified that there would be two of them, so as not to leave my mother out of work.
And in the end, I will sum up by the fact that it turned out only after all the purchases, when I signed an agreement with the Minsk Water Channel. It turned out that the water bills in the apartment have been overdue since 2022. The realtors chose not to mention this at all. This is also an abbreviated expression of claims. I don't have decent words to describe such a "job" of the company.

I have been waiting for a response to my complaint about Julia's work for 6 days now. They promised to call back and so far only silence. On November 6, Julia showed me an apartment at the address ul.Zhukovsky, 19. I was determined to buy this apartment, it suited me 100%. Julia tried to dissuade me from this purchase in various ways for 30 minutes, pointing out the shortcomings and saying that I would not be able to cope with the loan. Then she told me that a family she knew was applying for this apartment and that they had a cash amount, so I couldn't handle this competition. Julia also lamented several times in front of me how much she wanted to help this familiar family buy an apartment. I offered an amount of $ 500 more and asked to inform the owner about it. I was ready to offer more, the main thing was to find out what the owner thinks about it. But Yulia said that she would resolve this issue only the next day, on November 7 in the morning, and promised to inform me by phone how the situation was. Actually, on November 7, in the morning, the announcement of the sale of this apartment was deleted, but no one told me anything. We tried to figure out what was going on. Julia said on the phone that everything had already been decided with the apartment, it was being sold to her "familiar family." I have every reason to believe that: 1. The owner of the apartment did not find out about my offer for a higher amount; 2. Julia did her best to set up the owner that it was better not to agree to sell the apartment to the buyer who takes out a loan, because it is "more difficult"; 3. Julia received a reward from a "familiar family" for getting the apartment It is for them. I demand an answer on this situation from the agency of Ulasna Dakh.

And those customers who write negative reviews, read the ads more carefully.... In all the ads that are sold to auctions, it is written that the apartment will go to the best price offer. And you can also turn on the brain, think and ask because the apartment cannot be sold at a price below the market by 6-10 thousand dollars.
As a result, there were 27 people on the day of the viewing. Two agents worked, one met the buyers on the list and escorted them to the elevator, the other met, showed and explained everything.
As a result, half a day and 27 inspections - the contract for the next day. Everyone is happy, both the buyer and the seller.
