Very bad. The opening time of the branch is indicated on the doors at 10:30 in fact it opened at 11:15. One window is open, a huge queue. A constant string of people, acquaintances, relatives or friends of bank employees walking without a queue. No rules, no ethics. You can make a scandal, you can point it out to the bank's employees, they don't care. The client is not appreciated in this bank. I would compare it to the Russian savings bank in its worst years, but Unibank surpassed it. You can take a ticket and feel free to go to the mall to drink coffee, go to the cinema, and so on. then come up and your turn will still be far away.
