But the best part is the drivers, which is very rare ! I was traveling from Lugansk to Moscow ! Evgeny and Vitaly, thank you so much for such a comfortable ride! Very friendly and kind men, from the beginning of the trip they set a positive attitude) Vitaly kindly helped me and the lady with the child to move the luggage across the border, which was very unexpected and pleasant ) I would like to note that such shots are very rare, and they need to be appreciated ! I want to tell you about the miracle carrier and the miracle managers of the Unictrans company. We bought tickets to Moscow from Lugansk online 10 days before the trip, with a child, I specially ordered seats, as a result, upon boarding the bus, they say that our seats are at the door, the manager responds to my indignation, does this sometimes happen, I mean???? It happens???? I bought and paid for tickets, seats, and the managers decide, you see, to transfer us with the child to the door. It blows terribly from the door, the seat does not fold out, I got sick after this trip. I advise you to think many times before contacting this carrier and managers, I do not know what word to even call them. There is no limit to my indignation. How many years have you traveled with this carrier and this attitude is simple. Where is the service going ... bottom and bottom in relation to the people who apply to this office.

Who gave them access to Moscow bus stations at all??? The buses are old, the drivers are boors, there is no numbering on the seats, which causes chaos when boarding, everyone runs like fools to take seats, although there is numbering in the tickets. I do not recommend this carrier

As the years go by, prices rise, but the quality of services does not. 1. Old buses that require at least good cleaning, seat serviceability checks, and THAT in general. 2. The culmination is the breakdown of the bus at 2 a.m. without notifying passengers. The rudeness and nervousness of the drivers is off the scale. 3. Radiator failure is not a punctured tire and does not happen suddenly, there are a lot of questions how this could happen. I do not recommend it.
