The second time, the payment was made with the help of support, it was written off again, but there is no fuel. No one goes out at night and solves the situation. The car is without fuel, funds for 30 and 40 liters of fuel are written off. Support says we didn't take anything from you, the bank took it. You can write a complaint tomorrow during the operators' working hours. We can't help you with anything. Some kind of divorce and absolutely not high-quality service! I do not recommend it!

The toilet is terrible… If you judge the place by the toilet, then this is 1 star. There is only one shared toilet. It's dirty, always, no matter how much I go in there. There is always no liquid soap and paper towels. Toilet paper is as unhygienic as possible on the heating battery. I am writing this review in the hope that it will be noticed and corrected. I think that the toilet can be used to assess the relationship to the client. However, the establishment itself is good, normal delicious food: there is both healthy food and so many sweets. I like everything about it. PS I am a regular customer of your institution and I want to stay there, but I am a satisfied regular customer
