Every year I contact Anna Velichko at United Travel. This year there were wishes: Turkey, a fresh hotel with its own beach and a flight in a week for 11-12 nights. With Anna's help, they quickly picked up a hotel according to their wishes and budget and eventually settled on BERRY HOTEL 5*, and did not regret it. The hotel is fresh and beautiful inside. There is a 24-hour bar with a large selection of alcohol, both purchased and its own tinctures - this is for those who are older. There is a separate pool and slides for children. The tables were full of food, but we were able to try everything, or at least have a bite :) There are golf carts going to the beach, which even I was allowed to drive. Let's start from the beginning: I would like to tell you about the problem we faced with the agency: we have insured our luggage against loss and in case it breaks before the start of the tour. At the airport, two handles in the suitcase and the legs on which the suitcase stands were broken upon arrival there. This was the first time they had encountered such a situation and did not know what to do. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was no time for that, we wrote to our travel agent Anna a few days later. Anna replied that she would find out what we needed for this, asked us to send a photo and said that she would unsubscribe in 3 days. At the same time, we read that at the airport itself we can go to the counter and issue an act on the breakdown, but our travel agent said that she would solve this issue and therefore did not worry about anything. As a result, our travel agent forgot about all this. Upon arrival, the handle was completely broken off, the handle was just next to the suitcase in the film, our travel agent said she would deal with the situation, so we did not go to sort it out at the airport itself. We wrote to her on arrival, she replied that she would unsubscribe the next day and the next day we found out that we had to contact the airport with such a problem, and not on arrival or after a few days. There will be no compensation for damages and she replied that this is for the future for us, so that we know what to do in such a situation. As a result, the forgetfulness and carelessness of our travel agent Anna cost us a suitcase. Our next guide was upon Vlad's arrival, we really did not like this guide. The girl met us, to put it mildly, with a dissatisfied face and with pretensions, there was a feeling that we owed her something or came to stay at her house for free. Then there was the guide Mahmoud, this is the guide assigned to us on vacation. We saw him once at a meeting upon arrival. There is a twofold attitude towards the guide. Because everything that was said to them can be divided into two or even three. In fact, the wild beach, which promised us that it was a 10-15-minute walk away, turned out to be an hour's walk from us. The guide told us that the market comes on Fridays, a 15-minute walk from the hotel. We went to look for a market, searched for an hour, got a sunstroke, barely returned to the hotel, but there was no market in the vicinity on Fridays. We didn't like this attitude. I would like to express my special gratitude to the guide Ivan Ovchinnikov. Throughout the tour, our guide Ivan lifted everyone's spirits, the group of "kitties" did not remove the smile from our faces throughout the day. I really liked the way Ivan told the story of Turkey and liked the guide's attitude towards people in general. Thank you for having a good time. Next, we will tell you about the whole tour. We liked the place where we were in Beldibi, we liked the hotel. The food is delicious, the rooms are well renovated, clean and tidy, there was some entertainment every day. We were satisfied with this. The sea is located behind the hotels in 5-7 minutes walk near the cemetery, it did not bother, but I did not like the coast itself. The beach was dirty and the entrance to the sea was pebbly, rather even cobblestone. In the first two days of entering the sea, a knee was broken and an ankle was cut. Therefore, we advise you to be careful with this. But the sea itself was very warm and clean. In general, we were very satisfied with the tour, but very dissatisfied with the travel agent Anna, guide Mahmoud and Vlada
