The clinic is not bad and there are no complaints about it, but I want to express my great dissatisfaction with one of the internists, namely Islami Shahram Islam. They were treated for acute pain. Everything was fine in the morning, but by lunchtime the gums and the floor of the face were swollen. They are not local themselves. We went to the nearest place, on Kiselyov 5. There, without examining, we "fucked up" well, Sukhaya Street 28. Where, in fact, we met this arrogant boor! It took 2 hours to get information. He says so, "calms down". And how can I calm down if I'm writhing in pain and they "let me through Minsk"? He gave some kind of certificate without a diagnosis, without a signature. He said go to the toll booth. And again, he mentioned that they were nonresidents. Phrases like "sit down and calm down, your turn will come and then we'll talk" were also flying, even though I was just standing at the office, I didn't even go in there, but waited until they called. There was no normal speech. There was no explanation. Simply: This is not the place for you. You don't need to have a wisdom tooth removed. And why? What for? What should I do next? There was nothing. Everything was on a high pitch. One dissatisfaction!

Doctors are surgeons...I don't have the words...I stopped being afraid of dentists because of their work. I had to delete 8 and it was done so professionally that it took away my mov))) thanks to the work of the clinic's doctors, more than one tooth was saved for me. The prices are affordable. Отличная клиника. Врачи - профессионалы. Внимательные и вежливые. Работу выполняют качественно и оперативно. Дополнительные процедуры на месте и быстро. Обслуживают взрослых и детей. Цены доступные. Единственный минус - записываться нужно задолго до, но очереди у профессионалам вещь ожидаемая.

Ехала в эту поликлинику из другого города начитавшись положительных отзывов, но попав на приём к врачу, разочаровалась. Суть проблемы заключалась в устранении гранулёмы с перелечиванием каналов, но врач меня вежливо направила в частную платную стоматологию на лечение под микроскопом. Выйдя от врача, в регистратуре узнала о наличии микроскопного лечения в данной поликлинике, сходив на прием, разочаровалась вдвойне: стоматолог не смог вскрыть канал и посоветовал обратиться к более опытному врачу. Из плюсов: стоимость лечения кажется ниже чем в других государственных поликлиниках.

22.07.22 врач Павлющик ,кабинет 612 в возмутительной манере отказалась меня принять в платном кабинете по талону на 12.00 часов.Это не первое ее оскорбительное обращение на мою попытку пролечить коренной зуб.Предыдущие две не увенчались успехом, под разным предлогом, она умышленно отказывала мне в приеме.Так, направила меня на КОТе , чтобы проверить состояние предыдущего помбирования, когда я три раза спустилась по лестнице на снимок, потом отнесла его врачу, она придумала направить меня ещё на консультацию,как оказалось, тянула время, чтобы дождаться другого клиента и усадив того в кресло, мне отказала, заявив, что у нее работа на 1,5 часа.Сегодня она отсутствовала ровно в 12.00, кабинет оказался закрытым.Я постучалась и пошла в регистратуру.Вернувшись обнаружила злую Павлющик, которая набросилась на меня, что не будет лечить мой зуб, ходите так! "Идите к заведующей" .Мое дальнейшее лечение под большим сомнением, т.к. сговор, который организовала данная непрофессиональная горе- специалист,способная на подлость, не допустит положительного ко мне отношения.Врач, которая почистила канал написала, что пройти его лучше у нее не получится.Я сомневаюсь, что это так, тем более ,что это ведущая в городе Минске стоматологическая поликлиника.У меня тряслись руки, накатывались слезы, комок в горле.Я еле сдерживаюсь, чтобы не разрыдаться, все валится из рук.Мне так обидно,, что в 67 лет человека могут так оскорбить и гонять по 5 раз, отказывая, по прихоти, выполнять свои профессиональные обязанности. Как она смеет втягивать в интриги других сотрудников?!! Неужели растление достигло такого дна? Надеюсь , что она и ее коллега Голованова могу ошибаться насчёт фамилии, тоже кабинет 612,умеющая сочетать лечение зубов с оскорбительными, злыми комментариями в адрес пациента , написавшая в моей карточке, что вопреки ее рекомендации, я потребовала восстановить другой зуб,, два года тому назад, так влиятельно настроила своих коллег против меня, что это работает второй год.
