Pointing out this problem that the rail was unscrewed, the receptionist offered to make an appointment for a diagnosis, the diagnosis took 40 minutes. As a result, the master said that the rail is screwed on and needs to be removed and transported under warranty, which means at least 450 rubles for the work, since the warranty is over. The problem was resolved within 10 minutes after checking into another service.

Firstly, to use obscenities in the presence of the client and the employee standing next to him (the girl accepting the applications) is, of course, piggy. He did not warn me about the cost of the work (only when everything was done) and when I asked for an act of completed work. And thirdly, I refused further work and took the car. As it turned out, after 10 minutes. ride - Ivan loaded me for non-existent repairs. The errors on the car panel were removed automatically, one was removed when leaving the box, the second was with me in the city. (Ivan loaded it to adjust the steering wheel rotation sensor on the steering rack + camber, etc. And I just wanted to sort out the starter. After the bulkhead of the starter, it did not start as they said (????) I had to alter the immobilizer (this is generally a military secret, as I said) in short, I left almost with a payment of 1 thousand rubles. I understand everything this is a car, but prices and service of course - to dilute the client to the maximum repair also unnecessary. No one will release a car with a repair of 100 rubles.

While the application was being processed, one of the employees shouted to someone that they would have to wait a long time, I thought maybe so to someone. Having arrived at the right box, I stood for 10 minutes, there was no one in the box near the car. Then one of the craftsmen came out and said, "You will have to wait a long time, because a person came to the tire shop, and there you had to roll out the discs."
I called 1.5 hours before arrival and made an appointment. And in the end they overturned it. It's not very pleasant. The organization is still weak in terms of service. They are used to the fact that if a person comes to them, he will wait as long as it takes. You need to appreciate the time of the people who come to you.

In the middle of the track, I was left with a completely inactive dragonfly due to your negligence. I specifically wrote that sometimes, which means under some circumstances. And on the phone, he indicated that sometimes it helps to shake the scythe from an accident. But according to your words, the wiring is in good condition. Everything turned out to be simple - a chip popped out under the torpedo, which bounced in and out on the bumps. You didn't go there. Although at that time the torpedo was removed. But the contacts were cleaned. Where did you clean them? They were still green. I called to check if you had charged the battery, since nothing was fixed. I still have to ride it home. The answer is no, but I think that's enough for you. Just a hand. At least you could check the voltage. The car was rolled out with the optics turned on. So with the optics turned on, even the turn signals could not be powered by voltage. Very economical. Apparently, you were hoping that I would get up somewhere in the middle of the city and come back in your tow truck. They also forgot to put my spare parts in the car, and I had to call a courier and pay for it. Guys, that's not how it's done. This service does NOT cost 260 rubles. Thank you for the generator diagnostics, I won't come back and I won't advise anyone. That I decided to fix the charging system myself in the end, and not for 500+ from you, that I do the wiring myself in the end. So they also smoked the salon and fucked up the carpet with oil boots. What conditions do you work in there? I received an answer to the question of which generator they want to supply me with: "I don't remember anymore." Seriously? Were you so reluctant to share such sensitive information? Answer: from the tens, which in the engine opposite costs 309 rubles, not 500. We contacted the Service station on 03/16/2024 with the problem of knocking in the wheel, in order to find out the cause of the knock, it was necessary to make a suspension diagnosis, the girl at the reception took those passports, and said that the diagnosis would be about 20 minutes, as a result we sold 40-45 minutes. After the diagnosis, we were told that we needed to change almost half of the car. When asked what was knocking on the wheel, they replied that they were not clairvoyants. I don't recommend this service station to anyone, it's just terrible.

The girl at the reception took the technical passport and keys, said to wait for 30 minutes, as a result, 45 minutes passed, waiting for my car in a cafe, I understand something is wrong, I go outside and go to the box where the car was driven, and I see a picture that the car can't be kicked out of the box! Couldn't find the reverse gear! Everything would be fine if I didn't see such a picture as master Ivan Zhvikov leaving the box, gives in the eyes on my car with a slip and rushes through all the holes that are on the territory of the service station without regretting not the suspension not the car! He stops in the parking lot, putting the car half-sideways, with crooked front wheels, slams the door and leaves, I approach the car and it is not closed!and parked crookedly, calling him to the reception, I ask the question why?and what do you think! This master begins to be rude to me and make fun of me! Interested in my women's days! The boorishness is complete! He answers that this is the norm!and he drove quietly in his understanding, and the road here is good! As soon as I started writing a complaint in the book, he immediately started pulling me by the hand into the street, saying let's go talk! To which I kindly declined! I told him that a DVR was installed in the car and everything was fixed, but I did not receive an apology in response!but he just grinned and left! For removing vacuum tubes from the collector 55 rubles!!! Can I go to work with you and take off the tubes? I was out of town, the order of the outfit is allegedly forbidden to throw off. The service is disgusting. I say that with this approach you will lose a client, and in response to me: if you don't like something, we won't take you, and if we do, then with a biased attitude.
