He fell ill with a severe form of tuberculosis in 2023 and came to be treated at the Donetsk tuberculosis dispensary, for almost two years to be treated and therefore he was assigned a disability group, not only was he assigned a minimum pension of 3,700 in the DPR with his official salary of more than 30,000, so they also threw for the payment of EDV, we came more than once to the pension fund in Budenovka and we were convinced that the EDV was appointed and you will receive it along with your pension, at the beginning of the month we called the SFR in Moscow and we were advised that the payment should be made before the 10th, if they did not call them urgently, we hoped that the pension fund would not deceive us today, November 20, 24, I called the number that they give everyone a piece of paper with a number, and to my surprise it was that they told me like don't wait for payment and it's not known when it will be, because since August they can't charge everyone yet, although by law they are obliged to charge a disabled person within 10 calendar days, they told me it's not known when you will receive. I ask you to punish all those responsible urgently, the rights of a disabled person have been violated, we have sent applications to the Moscow Prosecutor's Office and to the President's website. There is complete lawlessness in the DPR, the criminal group of the pension fund infringes on my rights by taking away a legitimate payment.
