Awful. Three months ago, my mother applied for a pension, they gave me three numbers, none of them answered. It's such a job, right?????? A person has to go there from Rostov for 5 hours, 5 hours back for 2 hours to stand in the heat in a traffic jam at the border to find out the result? Then close this pension on the Guard at all, what good is it if you don't find out the results and can't get through to the phone. Teas and coffee are probably the only thing they do there if not a single number has been answered in two weeks
