The first impression was worse than reality due to location. But the hotel itself is very good thanks to employees and almost all services are on the high level (cleaning, kitchen, hospitality of reception). Indian food for dinner was delicious!
The only 2 things I didn’t like: windows on swimming pool are very dirty and it reflects on perception; bad organised transfer to the beach (Kite beach without infrastructure, cafe with wifi) and not enough numbers of transfer (difficult to spend 3,5-4 hours at the beach. The only one option of coming back to the hotel)
This is the perfect hotel for business people, not for tourists.
