The service is at 3, the waiters always behave differently, you won't understand. There is no interest for the service. I mostly go to eat tofu. Portions have decreased. It's simple, harsh for poor people - this is an institution! The food is passable. Guiru lagman and a mug with a tea bag will cost 2000 tons. The toilet is dirty....except to wash your hands. I'm not particularly picky, I've been to dirtier places, like a flea market. However, they cook better there. If you want to have a quick snack, then this place is perfect. The service is done by wiping the table with a greasy cloth and serving guira lagman noodles in one plate and a saucer with gravy on the side. We ask the squeamish not to worry about visiting this institution. And so it's normal.
