A family of 2 adults and 2 children vacationed in August 2024. And we really liked it, I don't understand the low ratings, especially considering the cost of living. A wonderful fazenda, the feeling that he had come to his country house.
We lived in a large cottage, there was no one else on the territory except us. I don't know about the other houses, but ours was great, the refrigerator is running at full capacity, there is hot water, the boiler heats up. The house is built with a soul, I want to consider every detail.
A lot of dishes, blankets, pillows were found in the closet, three sets of bedding were provided to us.
There were no mosquitoes, there were biting flies, but only 2 pieces flew into the house during the whole vacation.
The lake is 5 minutes away on foot at a leisurely pace, there are steps into the water, the bottom is sandy. We took saps with us, had a great time.
The gazebo is closed, there is a brick barbecue, skewers.

Yes, there are small breakdowns in the house, the bathroom is not like in 5 * in Turkey, but there is a shower, a toilet in the house. It definitely does not interfere with relaxing in nature in such an amazing place.
And the owner settled us with dogs, he keeps dogs and loves them, so in general, thank you very much!

It's a terrible place. The refrigerator does not freeze. The bed linen is torn and they tried to sew it several times. There's nothing to breathe, a small window and that's it. Not mattresses, but bedding on the beds. My dog sleeps on a comfortable and readable bed))) I don't recommend it. The owner is a liar. The amenities are so-so. The shower faucet does not work, there is no toilet paper, etc. Do not come here if you do not want to spoil your vacation!!!

We rested on the fazenda , it 's a long way to go to the lake, the water flows badly ( you won 't be able to wash your head ) the toilet doesn 't flush . Take drinking water from the tap, you can't even get it into the kettle. The bed is dirty!!!
