We had a rest with the company in a big house.
On the positive side:
- near a pond with a well-equipped pier,
-2 floor: bathroom, balcony, spacious bright 5 rooms, each of which closes with a latch, in each room there is a double bed, also in each room there is a double sofa, in some rooms there are 2 such sofas, that is, there are plenty of beds, in particular if you are traveling with a large company and you don't care whether strangers are sleeping with you in the room,
-1 floor: bathroom, bathroom equipped with shower cabins, spacious room combined with kitchen, there is a large table, there are also 2 double sofas,
-there is a TV with Internet connection, Wi-Fi, a speaker, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, glasses, glasses, dishes, cutlery,
-a large gazebo on the street,
-a large terrace/porch,
From the negative:
-grandma, who looks after the house, constantly sticks her nose everywhere and teaches everyone "life",
-when ordering a bath (the price of the house includes 2 hours of baths, every hour in excess of these 2 hours for an additional fee), not all the stones were warmed up by the ordered time and, as indicated in the more in the early comments, when my grandmother was made a remark about this, my grandmother beat her chest with the words "I've been heating for 9 years, no one complained,

-knocks out vending machines when the lights are on in the evening in the house, a kettle, a TV, a microwave, a refrigerator, a column and some other device is connected,
-firewood for the bath in limited quantities, which is controlled by the grandmother, on request, from her words, you can ask for more firewood, we have not reached this situation, but what- that suggests that this request could cause a small conflict, which would again be accompanied by "teachings about life" from my grandmother,
-dishes, glasses, glasses, cutlery are all on the bill, if something breaks or gets lost, then grandma will shake a dime off you,
-no agreement is concluded with the tenants,

The house itself is generally quite good, spacious, lots of beds and 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, very convenient and equipped approach to the water.
The cost of $ 500 per day on the one hand is justified by the total area of the house and the number of beds, also included in the price of 2 hours of a bath, but the fact that a sufficient number of necessary things are not provided, in my opinion, that money is taken for broken dishes in the absence of a lease agreement, of course postpones its negative an imprint on the overall impression of the place. And of course there are questions about grandma :)

Great place! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Just be prepared for the fact that nearby estates are also being rented and it may be loud. Of the nuances of a small cottage, there is one toilet, which is not enough, of course, for 13-15 people
