The hostess walked by, then on her most important business into the house, when everyone was resting there. The house was cold and not very clean (the bathrooms leave much to be desired). Note to the owner of this estate- work out with your employees how to interact with the guests.

We had a rest with the company in a big house.
On the positive side:
- near a pond with a well-equipped pier,
-2 floor: bathroom, balcony, spacious bright 5 rooms, each of which closes with a latch, in each room there is a double bed, also in each room there is a double sofa, in some rooms there are 2 such sofas, that is, there are plenty of beds, in particular if you are traveling with a large company and you don't care whether strangers are sleeping with you in the room,
-1 floor: bathroom, bathroom equipped with shower cabins, spacious room combined with kitchen, there is a large table, there are also 2 double sofas,
-there is a TV with Internet connection, Wi-Fi, a speaker, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, glasses, glasses, dishes, cutlery,
-a large gazebo on the street,
-a large terrace/porch,
From the negative:
-grandma, who looks after the house, constantly sticks her nose everywhere and teaches everyone "life",

The cost of $ 500 per day on the one hand is justified by the total area of the house and the number of beds, also included in the price of 2 hours of a bath, but the fact that a sufficient number of necessary things are not provided, in my opinion, that money is taken for broken dishes in the absence of a lease agreement, of course postpones its negative an imprint on the overall impression of the place. We were a family for the New Year holidays. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They just take money for renting out the walls. There is no oven, no washing machine, no karaoke specified in the description!
The house is looked after by an elderly woman who "runs the household" in several houses. The house is dirty, we washed the floor everywhere three times upon arrival! It was impossible to take off the children's sneakers - immediately black socks! Everything is divorced everywhere, we couldn't even use the toilet on the ground floor - sorry, they are cleaner at the gas station! On the second floor, the toilet was generally with dried shit, we bought funds and washed everything for ourselves and our children! It's just awful.
Since we came as a large family for the New Year holidays and we simply had no choice, we had to stay. But! Two families with small children still had to leave a day earlier, as the house is very cold!!! They just started snotting and sneezing, the house was blown out by the wind at night and they even wore jackets in the morning.
The woman who looked after the houses reacted to any remarks or questions from us about cleanliness, warmth and other things as if they offended her personal dignity, sometimes it was even unpleasant to talk. I called the young man with whom the contract was signed and I say that it's cold in the house and we ask to add the temperature in the boiler, so this woman ran in, started swearing that we were dissatisfied with something here and added the temperature in the boiler by 5 degrees, which of course did not change anything. We had a bath included in the payment, so she heated it with some boards, the bath was cold. After my repeated dissatisfaction, she brought one armful of firewood. I take the stones with my hands and show her that there is nothing to blow up for steam, and she responds to me: "I've been drowning for 9 years and no one complained!" we did not steam up, we tried to wash, but it is very cold to wash on the ground floor, the room is practically unheated there. Therefore, the whole huge family, for 14 people, washed in 1 bathroom on the second floor and went to one toilet as well.
Everything is very uncomfortable on the ground floor, the floor in the living room is cold, we brought a carpet with us to the sofa for the children, so she only played on it. A few days before the NG celebration, we came to see what to bring with us again, so we found out that the dishwasher was not working, we asked to repair it for our arrival and thank God they did it, since there was no hot water in the tap, we had to skip 15 minutes until it warmed up, it would be nice to wash the dishes there It's very difficult. And on the very first day, I began to rinse something and saw that there was a through hole in the metal sink, they began to look, there was probably a knife pierced and even rust on the back side, so they dripped wax from candles so that they could at least wash vegetables and so on. This woman came and I said to her, they say you have a hole in the sink, and she said to me, "so you punched it!" we were all shocked, she comes in boots and walks around the house. You tell her something, so she tells stories about her son, who is now on the islands, and she lives here in a temporary shelter without a toilet and heating and rents houses, so she can't do anything and they say take it as it is!
In general, we were very upset that we could not, alas, already find something else, but if you are considering living in this house for a few days, and it's like coming to a restaurant in shoes and leaving after the holiday, then I do not advise. It's not worth the wrong money that they took from us, not even elementary words of gratitude.
They asked us to leave a round table for the celebration, so they took it outside. She offered us a tablecloth for 20 rubles to rent it, so it's all stained with wine, dirty.
Downstairs is the room where the dancing was supposed to be- of course even colder than the house, + there is also a smell of dampness and mold. There is no TV there, nothing to have fun with. We frankly just paid for the walls, dirty and cold, and when we left, we washed the floors behind us, to which we heard: "great! So I'm not going to wash it, since everything has been soaped."
I don't know if the reviews of those who were here in the summer and under other circumstances are different, but I really want to leave our opinion here so that how it affects the situation, maybe our review will help someone make a decision. Well, or pay attention to the things I wrote about.

We were at the wedding, we really liked it. Beautiful appearance, quite neat and clean, lots of beds. The beds are comfortable, and there was also a folding double sofa in our room. Lovely balconies from the corridor could also admire the view of the lake, and not only from the rooms. Two bathrooms on the second floor, both with showers. The water had a certain swampy smell, but it did not spoil the impression of sweetness. The tables were in a gazebo outside. The cook, as I understood it, was recommended by the owner of the establishment, she was great, everything was delicious, beautiful, there was a lot of food. The bathhouse on the ground floor is also good. The weather made it possible to swim in the lake, which is also adjacent to the site. There is a pier with railings overlooking the lake, in the same style as the building, a metal ladder from the pier-descent into the water, very beautiful. The waiters are tactful. The toastmaster conducted the wedding in the Belarusian language, old Belarusian games and contests were held.

Dirty, lack of toilet paper, dishes, skewers, cutting boards. All this is issued on request and on account. And for each item, you need to make a request separately. As a result, we checked in for more than 2 hours before we got access to cooking. WiFi is nominally there, but nothing pulls. There is a TV, but it doesn't work either. So is the dishwasher. The dishes need to be washed before handing over the house. To take the garbage with you, there was no electricity for several hours. Accordingly, it was not possible to warm up something or even drink coffee. No discount, no apology, no offers.A barbecue can only be lit in the presence of a woman who works there. In general, it felt like we had 1 more guest at the party. And this guest allowed himself to raise children. The children didn't spoil anything, they just ran around. By the way, the guys in the next house were yelling at the bay, but of course they did not complain.
And there was also a huge one ...an unrealistic number of operating systems. Hundreds. It was impossible to eat or drink. No one is fighting them either.
Objectively good location, good access to a pond and a good sauna. But the service highlighted all the flaws that might otherwise be forgiven.

A pleasant bonus was a woman, also the hostess, as we understood, who for some reason walked around the site for most of the evening and watched everything closely, in the morning she also started a conflict on the topic that there was a stain on the towel, and it costs a lot of money, that it was piggy, and so on. The administrator is NOT interested in how your vacation is going and even vice versa (((she refused to turn on the bath at 21:00 (and what time should I steam when it's +32 outside?), the operating mode of the bath is not registered anywhere, there are no towels. Firewood is distributed under the bill from hand to hand. The electricity went out twice. After turning on the bathhouse at 7 a.m., it is impossible to stay in the rooms of the second floor - as in a fire)). It is very difficult for an average person to move the chairs on the veranda, where the tables were set. There is no Wi-Fi, but the ubiquitous female administrator does not miss any of your actions. Two stars for the location and appearance of the house. We won't eat there anymore!
