He organized and held a New Year's corporate party 2020 (Clouds Hall) at the Vankovich Estate. I liked the location and appearance of the place. At the entrance, you will be met by a specialist at the counter, who will take you to an experienced administrator. In words, everything is beautiful, clear and good - we will coordinate, do, organize. In fact, it is very (!) difficult to get through to the administrator - either they do not pick up, or "call back later" and then they do not pick up and do not call back. So get ready to visit them easier and faster. The menu was agreed only the day before (!!!) on the day of the event - you send one menu option for approval, and a completely different one is returned to you, you repeat - the completely left third one is returned.. The waiters work professionally, but the very supply of food to the guests is very time-consuming - while some guests have already eaten hot for a long time, others have not received it yet.. (15-20 minutes for 120 guests). The food was very uneven. In the toilet, one of the booths had a broken handle and several guests experienced great stress being trapped - the door did not open from the inside, and because of the music they could not be heard.. The background music turned out to be not working, so at the end of the evening after the musicians' performance, the guests remained in silence. The hall began to be prepared in an hour (!)(but musicians and artists need to prepare equipment, tune in, etc.) before the official start of the event, because the hall turned out to be occupied by another company (there were, of course, agreements, but they changed every time, as well as the names of the administrators who will accompany the evening).. There was a strong impression that in order to earn more money for the new year, the institution sacrificed quality. My colleague, who organized an evening on another day at the Manor, had the same impression. My conclusion is that maybe this is a slightly new and interesting place for the guests (according to reviews, not everyone liked the service), but it's a nightmare in terms of organization. I do not advise. P.S. And yes, it was VERY cramped. Because the tables were put in a hurry (see above), then everyone sat so tightly that even the half-side was a little cramped.. Seating options were also given on the eve of the event (although I asked more than once in advance!)
