We celebrated the corporate on 12/28/2018. After the presentation of the institution at a meeting with the administrator of the banquet service, there was no question where to celebrate the corporate, as a grandiose show program was promised, viewed from any corner of the institution, comfortable seating, a huge dance floor, work until the last client until the morning, and closer to 2 a.m. karaoke program. New Year's decoration of the hall with Scandinavian fir trees and gorgeous light figures. In fact, there were about 500 people at the prefabricated building in the Verandah hall. It was not possible to eat at the table, as everyone rested their elbows on each other. There was no way to get on the dance floor at all, let alone dance there. The program was completely invisible, not a single number. The sound is eerily exposed, very loud sounds of the voices of the presenters and the program, which is not visible. Juices and water were not put on the table, the boxes were near the edge of the table, and people had no idea that they even existed. A wardrobe for all visitors was organized in the children's room, hangers were simply put there, and clothes had to be hung on top of each other on other people's jackets, the wardrobe was not guarded, "go-take", and, as a result, several thefts were committed in the evening, a fur coat was stolen and several pockets were cleaned. I had to call the police. The waiters were putting hot things on plates, standing directly above the people, and one of the employees had sauce dripped on his shirt. At exactly three o'clock in the morning, the lights were turned on and they began to collect dishes from the tables, they simply laughed in the face at the question "When will karaoke be", without answering anything at all. At the end of the evening, it turned out that our employee's car had been damaged in the parking lot of the restaurant. I had to call the police again. It was the worst corporate in the 20 years of the company's existence. We are not ready to receive such a large number of guests in an organized manner - do not promise too much.

One of the best restaurants in Minsk??? Yes, of course, if only in the words of the administrators, whom, by the way, I do not advise you to believe!! They held a graduation ceremony here after graduating from the university. It was agreed that the graduation will be from 19:00 to 04:00. It all started beautifully (not taking into account that there were three times fewer snacks at the buffet than there should have been). And so, we note, everything seems to be fine, except that in the Cloud hall, which is on the 3rd floor, it is stuffy like in a steam room, the air conditioners saved only the waiters who stood next to them. It seemed that nothing else foreshadowed trouble, but no! At about 22:00, I had to communicate with the administrator. During the conversation, I find out that our graduation will be before 00:00, BUT THEY ARE SUCH GOOD FELLOWS CAN MAKE CONCESSIONS TO US, WE WILL CELEBRATE UNTIL 02:00, BUT FOR THIS YOU WILL PAY $ 100. The interesting thing is that this is not their whim, but there is some kind of delivery that they knew about in advance, and we found out on the day of the event!!!! I had neither the strength nor the desire to fight with them. Therefore, it was decided to pay extra, just not to spoil the evening. When handing over the money to the administrator Anna, I asked for a check, but it was given to me in the rudest form, referring to the fact that the cashier was no longer working and I would not receive any confirmation of payment. (I WONDER WHO PUT THIS MONEY IN THEIR POCKET???). We thought it couldn't get any worse... It was 02:00, the music turned off, we started collecting leftovers in containers, under the guidance of the same administrator, Anna. It was noticed that not all the drinks that we brought the day before the event and checked the lists were put on the tables. They came up to ask where the rest of it was, to which the administrator Anna replied that everything was on display. The request to count the empty bottles was refused, citing that they had all been thrown away. When asked to look at the recordings from the cameras, Anna said to come tomorrow. The whole conversation was recorded on a dictaphone just in case, and when Anna noticed that a recording was being made, she began shouting at the guests, insulting and threatening, using maximum obscene language. Moreover, she ordered to block all exits from the institution, saying that "no one will leave here until we delete the record." Upon hearing the refusal, Anna began to force other guests (AND NOT THE MOST SOBER ones)write a receipt stating that there are no complaints about the institution (again, with obscenities and screams), this was also captured on video. We couldn't leave the place until the police were called. We have already made our conclusions, I will not advise anyone else to go to this institution! And you make your own conclusions..

My big mistake was not to read reviews about this restaurant in advance, as many people have the same problems: alcohol is stolen, there is a complete lack of feedback from customers, they promise mountains of gold and forget about it very quickly.It all started with the "golden" promises of the director of this restaurant, Dina Borisovna, who is very good at talking to customers and promising anything so that you choose their institution ("the best restaurant in the city, the most delicious food, service at the level, the decor is simply incomparable for weddings, we will send you everything on Viber, all photos let's choose together, don't worry, etc..." All these are the words of the director, which turned out to be just words). In fact: no photos of the decor have been sent to us for 4 months (we live in Moscow, we don't have the opportunity to travel often), you call, ask, no one knows anything, everyone doesn't care, they don't pick up the phone, they don't call back, there is absolutely no feedback from the client, and they also have no communication with each other.As a result, I had to buy a ticket and fly to Minsk to solve everything on the spot. The decor is poor, the menu was sent only after I arrived at the restaurant and started pulling the banquet manager, they generally don't care about your wedding, the main thing is to get money from the client, and on prepayment. The service is specifically lame, we sat for 20 minutes waiting for our glasses to be filled, not a single waiter was in sight near our table, flowers were lying around the rotunda, no one even came to remove them, the dish was not delivered to our table and pretended that it was necessary...I recommend the director, who calls his restaurant one of the best in Minsk, to see how the management and staff work in really the best establishments and learn there how to build relationships with the client, and not on empty verbiage (There are a lot of friends who have their own premium restaurants, you tell them, everyone is shocked from such an attitude). But we could have closed our eyes to all this if something unpleasant had not happened at our banquet: several donated envelopes and 2 bottles of elite Scotch whiskey were missing, which was not offered to the guests (they asked repeatedly) and was not given to us at the end of the celebration!(There are also a lot of questions about the rest of alcohol).The police are sorting out the envelopes, and then the question is: where did it go??The waiters begin to think that they gave it to the organizer (who left the banquet long before they started collecting alcohol), the director assures that theft is excluded in her restaurant (but does not want to show CCTV cameras). It's very strange. if a person is confident in their staff, they will first show the cameras and prove that it is not their fault. As a result, the recording from the cameras generally disappeared somewhere under a stupid pretext.Dina Borisovna promised to look into this issue, look at the cameras and figure it out, but as soon as we left, all the promises turned into stupid excuses why she couldn't do it.There is deception everywhere, they promise a lot of things, they do not do anything, they do not even call back, they do not pick up the phone. Therefore, do not be fooled by everything that the director and manager tell you, the main thing for them is to make money from you. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone, the police have started to sort out all the incidents, nothing will just get away with it here.
