Celebrated the anniversary on May 31. The house is cleaned, the staff is friendly, the owner is polite, the photos were absolutely justified when checking in, the large territory. We will definitely come back more than once.

A gorgeous manor, magnificent hosts...We celebrated a corporate party this Friday, everything went great...I was pleased with the large and beautiful territory, many gazebos, a playground, a swimming pool, many rooms with steel places for sleeping, there is a table for tennis, my colleagues arranged the championship in the late afternoon...if there were any questions, they called the owner and decided everything right away...my husband's anniversary is coming soon, I plan to celebrate it at this estate

I had to take this house, just because there were no other options, but it's just a complete...!!! firstly, the hostess's house is on the same site as the "manor" and the hostess herself is always rubbing under the windows, upon check-in they said: "do not blame me if the dishes are dirty, the guests have to wash themselves", secondly: the furniture is in terrible condition, the water is dirty, the photos differ radically from real, the house feels like it has never been cleaned in my life, the bath is paid separately (not a puny cost, which is not justified by anything), cot beds, as in a hostel for 3 rubles, bed linen is stained, dusty and dirty terribly, just a nightmare!!!! it's cold, there's no WiFi, it feels like the reviews here are all fake. if there is an opportunity to take another place, take it

We celebrated a corporate party here, we really liked it. The only drawback was the lack of karaoke, although the owner assured that it was there. For that kind of money, it's not good to cheat somehow. But in general, it's a great place to relax.

We rented it for the new Year. The conditions are terrible, there is no hot water, it is cold, the Wi-Fi is terrible, everything is in a deplorable state. Even the road to the house is in poor condition. All the beds are broken, the mattresses are disgusting, the bed linen is full of holes, it looks like rags. The house is dirty. I do not recommend it!!!

It's just the bottom of the estate, there's no other way to say it. Kitaeva, 77 A. We had a rest at a wedding with friends, the situation is so-so, there has not been any repairs there since the opening. Bed linen apparently also does not change as often as we would like. They didn't dare to sleep in their underwear, they slept in their clothes. The shower also leaves much to be desired, as does the whole house. It feels like we were in Soviet times… Everything is in a very depressing state, the only thing that is more or less distracting is the green area. Otherwise, everything is sooooo bad and sad. And therefore, instead of the planned full 2 days of rest, we left the next day. I do not recommend this vacation spot to anyone! And it's time for the owners to think about improving the conditions and quality of the service provided!

A disgusting place, I didn't like the word at all!!!!! Apart from the fact that the house where the people who rent this estate live is located with windows to windows (on the same territory), a woman, I understand that this is the hostess, "shepherded" the whole holiday, came, went, watched, and 22:50 just came and said, give me 900 r and sit on, or turn off everything on the street and talk no more than 2 decibels!!!!!!!!!! In the morning, when handing over the house, I was looking for a lot of nuances, as it turned out that before settling in, the people who rented, and not her, wash.... She also found fault with every little thing, just to get more money. She found a mug and said that we broke it, demanded money, and if we hadn't paid, she would have sued!!!!!! In general, if you want to enjoy your vacation and really relax, LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst estate I've been to, I haven't seen a bigger viper house that people rent, the windows don't open, the house hasn't washed, it feels like never, the worst thing is the bathrooms that don't close normally, not washed, with mold, the toilets are assembled from several, agreements on the part of the owners can be adjusted without your participation ( for example, heating, it may simply not be turned on and say, "Oh, sorry."
