The shops are far away, as it got dark, the area is quiet and remote. But the hotel is not bad and the desire to develop in this beautiful city is worth supporting))

Nice new hotel. The guys are trying very hard. Uzbekistan is still developing in terms of tourism, so, of course, it cannot do without minor flaws, but if you need something, then you just need to say so. Let's say if you need cleaning, tell the staff, they will do it, if you need a fresh omelet, they will be happy to cook it. The hotel has a coffee machine, which is a rarity, including for Uzbekistan, except for this hotel, we did not find anywhere else. A comfortable bed, a good shower corner, hearty breakfasts. Yes, it is not the very center, but the attractions in Samarkand are located in different areas. A very cheap taxi via Yandex will allow you to get anywhere in the city without any problems. Very close to the hotel, a seven-minute walk away, there is a street of bars where it is pleasant to sit in the evening with a beer. Also, the oldest Khovrenko winery is five to seven minutes away, where, for a change, you can understand that Uzbekistan produces good wine and cognac). Early check-in is possible at the hotel for a fee, we arrived at 7 a.m., we were happy to sleep off the road. Uzbekistan is beautiful! I recommend the hotel

Of the advantages, only the staff. Everyone is attentive and hospitable. But: for 2 days there was no cleaning at all, even the garbage was not taken out. It was very hot. It's noisy when the window is open. The air conditioner is located directly above the bed, which is very uncomfortable. The management has something to work on.

But in the rooms, due to the underfloor heating in the bathroom, the heat and stuffiness are terrible, the shower mixer cannot be adjusted to a normal temperature, either cold or hot. Stayed for two days, the room was not cleaned. Breakfast with a soul, but a small choice. One star, for not letting anyone in and with anyone.

The rooms have everything you need, if something is missing, the owner will promptly provide. The rooms are spacious, the mattresses are good, the linen is new, the hotel is quite new (a couple of years) and has been little used due to the pandemic. There is breakfast 🍮🍳🥪
