Knowing what clinics we have, this is one of the best. Young professionals who have not yet burned out from working with people, cleanliness, have never come across a bad attitude from specialists. The only problem is coupons, they are hard to find and doctors are given little time to see patients (for example, coupons go for every 5 minutes, when it may take 10-15 minutes to serve one patient), as a result, if you have a ticket for 12, be prepared that you can sit for an hour or two - especially if it's a therapist There is usually no such influx to more narrowly focused specialists and you get there almost in time .

It is also as problematic as possible to get a ticket to a therapist on the site, God willing, there is a window in a few weeks. I came to record an X-ray on a disc, and there was a failure: they recorded only one projection out of several. and you have to go there again without a car and barely find the time and day when this office is open. and go to another clinic with one uninformative picture, tired and sick. tell me, how to be treated?

The clinic is beautiful and new, which I cannot say about some specialists. I don't mention their names, I think they recognize themselves. On October 2, I broke my arm and asked for help, and I fell into a pitch-black hell where there was only an extension of sick leave, but not the state of your health!!! 2.5 months in a cast, the fracture was folded incorrectly (this is how the picture was "professionally" taken). As a result, the operation that was performed successfully. And here we are, returning to the clinic again. I thought my torment was over, but it wasn't. If the dressing is handled incorrectly, there is a new problem-an infection has been introduced, resulting in another hospital. When I was on sick leave, I was at the VCU, where they were not interested in my health, but only in the number of days on my sick leave!!! I've been out of my life for 4 months, it's still unknown how long, and all thanks to the "qualified" employees of the 39th polyclinic!!!

The reception of general practitioners is very poorly organized!!! There is a queue of 30-50 people in the corridor, constant confusion. Why is it impossible to organize an electronic queue if there is such a flow of patients on sick leave, especially during the cold season? There's an office next to it with a scoreboard and a coupon dispenser, and all the therapy is crammed into the hallway. This is some kind of hell. To get to the doctor, you need to sit for 4 hours. Bullying!

I have long wanted to write my review about the doctors of the therapeutic department of the 39th polyclinic. In February, I got sick with a viral infection, I was seriously ill. I called the registry office, they sent me to the pre-medical office, since it was already 6 p.m. With this, I read reviews about the clinic where there were many negative ones. I moved to this area not so long ago, and therefore I applied to the 39th polyclinic for the first time. I went to the reception with caution. And how I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the doctors, their calmness and care. They examined me carefully, listened to me. They immediately took a blood test and sent it for a picture. All this with warmth and care. I want to express my great gratitude to the doctors: Suboch A.V., Petukhova A.A., Kravchenko E.V. These are wonderful doctors who treated me with warmth and care, for which I bow low to them, and I am very grateful.

There are no specialized specialists (traumatologist, ENT doctor). An optometrist, a neurologist, a urologist - 1 unit each and those that are often missing. Regarding the examinations, the father, a disabled person of the 2nd group, has been waiting for a coupon for FGDS since November 2023 (now August 2024), the mother has been waiting for a heart ultrasound for 2 years. When you are ill, you are on sick leave from more than one general practitioner, and you are constantly being driven to different doctors.

I tried to briefly explain to the doctor what was bothering her so that she would understand what kind of smear to do (there were no papers with her), but the doctor either misunderstood me or simply did not want to deal with me (because I had to mention that the trace. an appointment with a gynecologist is not coming soon, and he is not a "consultant"). In general, I didn't get the right smear, and the doctor can't prescribe treatment without it. It is a pity that there are almost no gynecologists themselves, the record is 1.5 weeks ahead, they do not want to examine urgently in the exam room, and they also do not want to listen.

Today (03/7.24) I was at the dentist, I tore a tooth.I am shocked by this attitude .Having warned the doctor that the tooth does not have one wall , it was ignored .As a result , the tooth crumbled .And the time took about 25 minutes.Because the doctor turned out to have no strength , to pull out a tooth and that in response they answered me : -I don't like it , go to the paid one . There is no therapist in the women's clinic, the queue for tests is shared with everyone.I sat for an hour and a half to donate blood, the result: I was ill for a month, 2 weeks in the hospital. The doctor cannot explain why there is no separate queue for pregnant women. A consultation with a gynecologist for pregnancy takes 5 minutes. When you start asking interesting questions about your well-being, there are no answers, it is not related to pregnancy / gynecology. And what is the reason? Many thanks to all the staff of the clinic for their respectful and attentive treatment.Sometimes they accept it without a coupon.It is clear that sometimes you have to stand in line, but it is clear that they are trying to accept everyone, at the same time they will pay attention, if necessary, they will send you for examination, they call your mobile phone when you need to come. While there was no clinic on the 39th, they were serviced on the 5th, they treated with lower back pain, the diagnosis was written immediately, without examination and an anesthetic was prescribed. The pain did not go away, I turned again, they answered me-what do you want, how old are you..., and I was 47 years old. There is no such thing in 39th, the staff is very good.

Do it for a fee, we have a vacation campaign""-that's the whole story. Was it worth working and paying taxes for thirty years to hear such an answer from a young doctor? A typical situation for Belarus is a beautiful modern facade, but inside.. There are not enough specialized specialists (there is no cardiologist at all), you cannot get a ticket to the therapist, it seems that their ticket booking system on the website does not work, because there are never coupons to the therapist. The help desk usually answers that there are no coupons to the therapist for 2 weeks in advance, go to the doctors on duty on a first-come, first-served basis. The queue for procedures (ultrasound, halter, etc.) is a month or more, it's easier to go to a private center and do everything there within a week. Soviet free medical care in all its glory..
