This morning I went to the FREE window of the reception desk with a question: is it necessary to order a card to the doctor if there is a coupon, or will it already be in the office? Receptionist T.V. GROMYKO simply ignored me twice, passing by from one corner of the room to another. After I asked the question for the third time, she said that she had an electronic queue and I had to take a ticket. Considering that TWO WINDOWS were OPEN, and there were at least THREE receptionists at the reception desk, people with coupons were sitting and WAITING for their "ELECTRONIC QUEUE". I took the ticket and joined them. BOTTOM LINE: after standing in line for 10 MINUTES, I received an answer (in 10 SECONDS) that the card was in the doctor's office. It's just A HUMILIATION OF HUMAN DIGNITY!!!!, Does T.V. GROMYKO really enjoy BULLYING PATIENTS in this way?????? I think that such a "person" should work in a cowshed or pigsty, but not in the service sector!!!
