The staff is not literate.
Specialists as medical staff are not qualified.
It's impossible to get through.
The attitude towards people is very cold, especially with regard to the fulfillment of their job descriptions and requests. In the pre-medical office, a doctor is sitting with his child, who is sitting at the reception of people and attracts attention. He screams, runs around, takes other people's documents, almost climbed on the table in front of me. We complained to the head and described the situation, to which we received the answer: "write if you want a complaint."
There is something to scold this institution and their people for. And there is something to complain about in the Ministry of Health.
