In the pre-medical office, a doctor is sitting with his child, who is sitting at the reception of people and attracts attention. He screams, runs around, takes other people's documents, almost climbed on the table in front of me. We complained to the head and described the situation, to which we received the answer: "write if you want a complaint."
There is something to scold this institution and their people for. And there is something to complain about in the Ministry of Health.

The review concerns the children's department, where exactly the pediatrician Dergai decided that she had the right to be rude to visitors, and in general, if your pediatrician is on vacation or on sick leave, then it's a whole epic to get to the doctor. The questions are rhetorical, of course, but I would like the management to take action about the rudeness of the staff.
